“Mobile Help was very professional from my first call and thereafter. The unit was easily set up and thankfully have not needed to use it. But, after setting it up we accidentally triggered it and they immediately called to verify the situation.”

“it was the easiest thing to install when i say SIMPLE that is an understatement and it works AWESOME my mom has already had to use it to transport to the hospital and I was called within minutes to be notified of this happening. I truly recommend buying it if you need it for a loved one”

“I feel very safe with mobile help. Sales person was excellent on the phone. She explained everything. The equipment is modern and effective. I have mistakenly set my system off and found the operator friendly and responsive. Response time immediate. Love my new system.”

“I purchased a MobileHelp device for my mom. For the most part service was excellent. But I was confused by all of the different buttons and unfortunately, requested a fall button that I don’t need. I did not activate it and returned it. When I called the service line to ask what address to return it to, I was told I might not get a full refund, even though it was never used or activated. I was told they acalled me but I am not aware of any calls. I hope I get a full refund. Other than that I am very happy so far.”

“My only disappointment in MobileHelp is that the fall detection system can not be incorporated in the outdoor mobile device, so that you are required to wear an additional pendent. Too many items to have to remember to wear, and I have dementia. I am not using the fall detection because of this.”

“I received my mobil help system in mid December. I was skeptical as to how quickly help would be here, since I live in the country. I found out how quickly help was dispatched to my home. I mistakenly hit my mobil pendant, my daughter called and asked if I was ok because she had received a call. from Mobil help saying I had fallen. I immediately called mobil help to say it was a false alarm. In minutes of my daughter's call the EMT's showed up at my door, then the sheriff's department showed up. I found out that the system worked great!! I was embarrassed by my mistake but found out first hand how well the system worked.”

“I decided to get MobileHelp after my friend of many years spent 30 hours waiting for help after a fall in the bathroom. She could not reach her cell phone. I only had the system for a week when an emergency occurred. MobileHelp took care of everything - ambulance and family member came quickly. I am so thankful for their swift and professional response.
