Had to discontinue part of my plan and the representative was very understanding. I received my refund very quickly. Still happy with the rest of my plan. Thanks

I was well pleased with the treatment received from MobileHelp, and would like to commend especially Donna in Customer Service. Our association did not last as long as I anticipated or would have liked, but the intended benefactors of your services had some concerns that I could not alleviate. Thank you for your quick responses on both dispatch of the equipment (to three different geographic locations across two states) and the refunds.

We've had it only 2 weeks and so far like it. The necklace detected fall when I picked it up so it may be a little bit touchy.

Everything was great except that we were sent the wrong equipment. But that was corrected very easily and quickly by a staff of employees where sounded genuinely concerned and eager to correct the situation. Good job guys and gals

I've only had the device for a few short weeks, but I did fall once, and the device came through immediately. I'm happy to have it - gives me a little more confidence.

I tried to do a phone review but somehow I disconnected the call. I spoke to several people in customer service and was extremely pleased. they were very nice, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all questions. I haven't had to use the alert button, except by accident.

The unit is for my mother. So far the unit has worked great. There have been a few false alerts but cancellations are straightforward. The unit gives her a sense of someone always being there in her home, where she lives by herself, should she need someone's help right away. That part is invaluable to both her and us, her children knowing an appropriate response is only a device activation away.

Two delicate aspects of the process: 1) Leaving the door key in a box taped to the door knob…may be a risk. Clever thieves may be able to remove the box with their “professional” tools. 2) Carrying a battery-pack when you go out may be problematic at times: e.g. on a fishing boat, during air travel, etc.

I was looking forward to this system working well to keep my parents safe and have the ability for emergency services to be alerted when needed. Due to them both having pacemakers, there were additional parts and process to implement. It seemed a bit overwhelming to even to me. Yet even for 90 year olds with some tech savvy, seemed complicated and they were not willing to learn. We trust in the Lord and continue to live prayerfully day by day. The salesperson and customer service reps were polite, understanding and empathetic. Thank you

I have only had my device for a couple of weeks. It makes me feel safer and more secure when I am alone. I just had hip surgery and have to use a walker. Even though I had pull bars and ramps put in, my button makes me feel safer. The only issue I don't like is that the call for fall button is too sensitive!!! You can just move it a certain way when taking off or on etc. for it to go off. But in the long run this will be a good thing. Thank you!!!

I found MobileHelp through my AARP membership. My initial call for information resulted in purchasing the Micro system because the representative was so thorough, listened to my concerns and needs, described what would work for me without "extras". Best part: set up so simple and quick, done in less than 15 minutes.

Purchased for my mother, who resides with my sister. We had no problems in setup & testing the equipment. Mom has set off the fall detector just by accident two times, and has been contacted immediately on both occasions. It gives my sister peace of mind when she does have to go out to the grocery store, or run errands! Thank you all!
