I bought a system for my mom. I was glad that I was the one making the call because the salespeople are pretty aggressive and, at least the first one I talked to, kept going into his sales pitch rather than directly answering my questions. It sounds like they work on commission, which may drive this behavior. I then got a call or text every day for a week. I did end up buying the system. My mom needed it a week later when she fell. I don't know if the fall detection worked because she also pushed the alert button. MobileHelp spoke to her but she had trouble hearing. They contacted emergency services for her. I called customer service about the volume on the GPS unit (the base station has volume control but the GPS unit does not). Their records showed that MobileHelp had trouble hearing my mom, too. They offered to do a test but she's been in the hospital so hasn't been able to do that yet. I appreciate their willingness to do that. The salesguy insisted that the unit is "SO loud" but I helped set it up and test it and didn't think it was as loud as you'd expect for elderly people who may be hard of hearing. Overall, it worked and got my mom the help she needed. One star off for the other stuff.

We are a new user and the help we have received from the staff was very helpful on setup. The documentation helps to understand the operation and controls with time. We are still getting used to the units individual uniqueness.

I was very pleased with your service although it didn’t work out for my situation. The person I got it for declined to use it. However, the customer service was great and customer service truly and effectively assisted me with the return of the equipment and termination of the contract. Thank you!

I accidentally pressed my wrist band under water in my bath 🛀 and immediately got a phone call 📞 because I always keep my phone in the bathroom when I take a bath and shower, very impressed and thank you so much 🙏🏻

Much larger than expected. Activated by shower water. When I called about it, was advised I shouldn't wear in shower. Not made aware of additional charges. I returned within 30 days and did get full refund.

Informative salesman, no high pressure and very polite with all my questions. Response for help, even though a few False Alerts, was very quick. Easy to install and set up.

I assisted my 93-year-old mother in signing up for this alert system. The agent on the phone was very helpful and it was fairly easy to get started. I feel better knowing she has this since she lives alone in her home.

My stepfather fell around 12:15 am. He was contacted quickly by MobileHelp who dispatched the EMTs who assessed him and got him to the hospital. Without the fall alert, he probably would not have been found until late morning. MobileHelp notified me by phone to let me know what was going on.

I bought into this program to be PROACTIVE as I live alone, yet in the past four days I had four false alarms just standing in line at the store, standing at a counter, walking friends to the door in my home and taking off my jacket. I am afraid to be normally active now!! Also told it should be worn at all times outside shirt/blouse! It looks like a car starting key fob in size, so that alone attracts attention, hanging from your neck! Best thing is the combination lock box for outside the door.

Telephone renewal of service was reasonablly smooth. Representative was able to find and view record of previous service, and renew service. Delivery of equipment was swift and complete.

We just purchased MobilHelp and have not had to use it for an emergency. However, when we pushed the button accidentally the response was immediate. Also, I was notified that the battery was running low and then notified that the unit was disabled. My fault, had it in the charger upside down. I am glad we had these experiences because it showed me you are there and ready. Thank you.

I dropped my pendant by accident and had Mobile respond with in minutes to see if there was a problem. I was surprised at the speed of their responce, thankfully it was not an emergency and I am impressed with their quick action
