This is my mom’s third Mobile Alert. She has had them I. The past and has returned them. Now she cannot as she wants to remain in her home and it is a condition to her staying home. When I ordered the Mobile Help this time, I assumed it was going to be the same equipment that came the other two times. My mom has been complaining that the alarm around her neck was too heavy. I couldn’t u Der stand her complaint. Finally, I called on Dec. 10 and found out that my mom had not received the small neck alarm. She has been wearing the larger one that normally goes in a purse or pocket. After zi called, I found out she did not get the smaller one and I had to pay $11+ to get her the small alarm. I was very surprised.

Only have the system a few weeks, haven't had an emergency yet, thank God, but I do test it every Wednesday and it does work well. Customer service is outstanding. The few calls I made for tech help etc. Were handled very professionally . I am very pleased and would highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the Emergency crew arrived. They held me up and probably were gone within 15 minutes after they made sure I was OK.

operates as advertised. accidently tripped the device and it was cancelled easily. powers up very quickly after a days use and even after 2 days use.

MobileHelp was very efficient in helping me enroll my 87 year old mother. She was about to leave rehab and needed protection to continue living independently. Too many of her friends had laid on a floor for hours and suffered while needing help. Resistance to use diminished after a couple of false alarms and a friendly voice reassured her.

Fairly easy to set up. My father has dementia and was definitely overwhelmed with all the information. Basically told him to wear it and forget it.

My father wears the bracelet fall device. He has fallen several times, one of which was a bad fall, and it has never gone off. Granted, some of those falls may have been sliding to the floor, rather than falling.

This is new to me. Everything seems fine. Both times we tested the unit, the call was sent out immediately, but took about 3 minutes for the dispatcher to physically start speaking to my mom. I am still very pleased with the unit, and idea. Overall, I very much like the fact I went with Mobile Help. Thank you

The system is great with all of the emergency buttons. Your company provided all of the buttons the neck,the wrist, the wall and the fall sensors. I would give the system an A+ rating.

My problem with T-MOBIL help it generally takes them(TM)1to 2 hours to solve a simple.

The wrist button is ok, however taking the station with me Ever where I go is an issue. A problem when I go Swimming. When I go biking can take it in a bag. I maybe too active for what the MobileHelp was Designed.

Excellent service. It works very well, what more can I say? My sister wears the pendant and she has set it off accidentally more than a couple of times (sorry!) but the response is quick and reliable. We have not yet had an emergency since the original fall that pushed me to find help for her. I think it's working very well. I have no complaints at all.
