It gives me a sense of security When I am out and about. My wife has had a number of falls and the response from Mobile Help has been excellent.

Wait times seem to be a bit long if all reps are on emergency calls. All else has been acceptable.

i feel safe when i go out while iam here i want you to know when you take a pampayment out of my bank account it has to be second wensday of each month

My pendant includes a fall alert. This is the reason I chose Mobile Help. I fall a lot and can't seem to get up. It doesn't stop the falls but I feel safe knowing someone can help me get up.

Ive had a few false alarms and they have been real good about answering right away. Ive never had to h ave real help but I have confidence they will be of help immediately. Thank you, Dorothy Garrett

I contacted MobileHelp as I was concerned for my mother's safety. They could not have been more helpful. I ordered the device, received it and set it up with no problem. Unfortunately, my mom needed more constant care so, we had to go a different route. MobileHelp Made it so easy to return and I received a full refund. What a great company to do business with.

Great response time. Pleasant team. Paramedics wrapped in an Ace bandage. Paramedics lifted me from the floor and into my wheelchair .

After the bad fall I had in the middle of the night and lay in the floor 3 hours, I knew I had to get some for emergencies. I checked around but the prices were too high, then I found this in the AARP Magazine. called and they explained everything to me, so I ordered it

I can not give a judgement on MobileHelp as I have not had to use it, thank goodness. The help when I purchased the service was extremely helpful and answered all of my concerns. My hope is that I can avoid ever using it but feel assured it is there if needed.

My pendant is a little bit too sensitive to any sudden movement.

I was lied to--told that I had a 30-day trial period when my bank account would not be debited. WRONG! I returned my equipment as an unopened box. It took more than two weeks to get my refund--it was refunded, debited again, and several days later it was finally in my account to stay. I won't do business with deceptive companies.

I have been very impressed with the quick response anytime the pendant button is pushed. Sometimes my mother accidentally pushes it and they are on there immediately. Our introduction to this system has been easy.
