“The wrist button is ok, however taking the station with me Ever where I go is an issue. A problem when I go Swimming. When I go biking can take it in a bag. I maybe too active for what the MobileHelp was Designed.”

“Excellent service. It works very well, what more can I say? My sister wears the pendant and she has set it off accidentally more than a couple of times (sorry!) but the response is quick and reliable. We have not yet had an emergency since the original fall that pushed me to find help for her. I think it's working very well. I have no complaints at all.”

“My pendant includes a fall alert. This is the reason I chose Mobile Help. I fall a lot and can't seem to get up. It doesn't stop the falls but I feel safe knowing someone can help me get up.”

“I contacted MobileHelp as I was concerned for my mother's safety. They could not have been more helpful. I ordered the device, received it and set it up with no problem. Unfortunately, my mom needed more constant care so, we had to go a different route. MobileHelp Made it so easy to return and I received a full refund. What a great company to do business with.”

“After the bad fall I had in the middle of the night and lay in the floor 3 hours, I knew I had to get some for emergencies. I checked around but the prices were too high, then I found this in the AARP Magazine. called and they explained everything to me, so I ordered it”

“I can not give a judgement on MobileHelp as I have not had to use it, thank goodness. The help when I purchased the service was extremely helpful and answered all of my concerns. My hope is that I can avoid ever using it but feel assured it is there if needed.”
