“Yes I gave you a five star rating , but,! We have just become members of MH. It does what it says it will but wrapping my nearly 90 year head around it is difficult. I’ve spent lots of time with customer service and still have questions.I’ll stop here and wait for your reply David & Katie. Thank you”

“Waited on hold for the next available rep for 15 minutes hung up called at a latter time,still was placed on hold again for 15 minutes hung up deciding it wasn't worth my time I am very disappointed”

“I've only been wearing it two weeks, but I have found that sometimes it is TOO sensitive. I get an alert if I start jogging or the other day it went off when i swung at a golf ball. Needs fine tuning.”

“I am an 80 year old, in good health, but not always steady. I fell a couple of weeks ago and fortunately only got a skin tear for my trouble. Mobile Help was right on it. I canceled the call and slowly got up with a little help, but had I needed them they were there and ready.”

“I ordered a product for my elderly father. We received the product but circumstances changed and my father went into a hospice facility. I returned the product and it was received on Oct. 11th. It is Nov. 8th and I still have no refund. I have reached out to customer care several times. The first time I was told it would take 30 days. After waiting 2 weeks I called again and was told that they attempted to expedite refund back to the card but it was not being accepted. My bank indicated no issues on their end. On the 3rd call, I was advised that a check was sent. Unfortunately, since no one communicated this to me before doing it, the check was now headed to the wrong address as I had moved during all this. Today I spoke with customer care and they said they would stop payment on the first check and send another to the correct address. They also said it would take 7 to 14 business days to be received. I advised that this was unacceptable and they needed to expedite the check to ensure the refund is completed within their 30 day policy. Customer care and a supervisor said they could not do that. I still have no refund. Do not order from this company. They may have a great product but their customer care is awful.”

“Last week my mother accidentally activated her pendant against her table edge. Your personal were guick to respond both to her and myself. One person was talking to my mom and another was calling me to make sure she was alright. She was fine and they canceled the EMS response. We are pleased to know that Mobilehelp works well and is very efficient with their services! Thanks, Steve R.”
