Price is great for all its features. Only one button to wear for indoors and on the go. No special modem needed only a small charger. 4 day charge. No contract.

I called over the weekend with a problem working through the online contact list. I partially figured it out in time and the remainder was clarified with call back from MobileHelp on Monday. Thanks!

I am an 80 year old, in good health, but not always steady. I fell a couple of weeks ago and fortunately only got a skin tear for my trouble. Mobile Help was right on it. I canceled the call and slowly got up with a little help, but had I needed them they were there and ready.

Last week my mother accidentally activated her pendant against her table edge. Your personal were guick to respond both to her and myself. One person was talking to my mom and another was calling me to make sure she was alright. She was fine and they canceled the EMS response. We are pleased to know that Mobilehelp works well and is very efficient with their services! Thanks, Steve R.

I never got to use it because, before we could set it up, my uncle died. My aunt had the system and loved it. By the way, the company submitted my refund as promised.

I have been satisfied with your service. You quickly replaced an alert button that was faulty. All of your representatives have been very helpful, friendly, and patient with this senior citizen's questions. I really appreciate that! Fortunately I haven't had any emergencies thus far, but I do have peace of mind knowing that help is available. Thanks!

The people at Mobile Help have proven to be very alert and helpful when needed. The system is marvelous it is very sensitive. I would recommend it to anyone, the price is affordable, no long-term contract.

Very helpful. I live alone in a two story home. The lockbox made it more comfortable knowing the EMT's have the combo and would have entry to my home if I was unable to ge to the front door to open it.

Very helpful, concise without being coercive. My dad accidentally set of the alarm and they were very prompt in answering. Farris was wonderfully helpful, gave me time to weigh cost options, professional and kind.

The only complaint I have so far with the MobileHelp service button is that it is too sensitive and goes off too easily. It went off when I set it down in the charger station and it also went off when I set it down in the cup holder of my vehicle. I did not press the button in either of these instances! I do not want to wear it at night for fear I will set it off just by turning over in bed so I hang it beside my bed within reach.

Fell down the first day I had the device. I pushed the button and told the operator I had fallen in my house and needed help. They notified the paramedics who arrived and helped me to my feet. The entire process for me was 10 minutes. I am extremely satisfied with the product.

I don’t even notice that I am wearing a monitor, unless I accidentally bump it or drop it. My only concern is that I Have not figured out a way to put a pretty chain on it instead of the black cord. I am very happy I have it
