“This is the best choice! Goes above and beyond other fall alerts out there. Love the lock with key for EMS. Very easy to use and awesome tech support. I would 110% recommend this Mobile Help Alert!”

“I set up this Mobile Help account for my 92-year old Mother. Two weeks later, she had the occasion to press the button after being unable to get out of bed due to severe abdominal pain. She asked the operator to call me and requested an ambulance. I was immediately texted and called very quickly. The Easton, MA Fire Rescue Squad arrived and transported my Mother to a local hospital where I met her in the Emergency Room. She ended up having a UTI; the first one in her entire life.”

“I am a new client of MobileHelp. When I first called the Customer Support line for information, the agent was very personable, professional, and kind. I have had the system for only a few weeks, but have been pleased with it. The first test on the components of the system was completed with no difficulties.”

“Yes I gave you a five star rating , but,! We have just become members of MH. It does what it says it will but wrapping my nearly 90 year head around it is difficult.
