I wanted something here when I was alone. It wasn't testing right and so i wasn't really using it and i procrastinate with calling for help to fix things. When I finally called, Mike helped me get it started and working.

The IT person was very condescending. I was appalled. He spoke to me as if I was an idiot. I am far from it. Please consider offering customer service training to the IT staff. Very different experience with him compared to the salesperson I purchased the unit through.

The support team is amazing. Great communication and customer service. I love that my dad can go places and meet friends and he has the security that the MobileHelp pendent provides.

This might work in some areas, but not in mine. My phone almost never picked up a tower that was working and when I called customer service they insisted the problem was that my phone was locked. It was not. I went through 3 different phones at considerable expense and was without service for months. When I finally got a Verizon sim card, my phone "magically" worked just fine. MobileHelp tried to get me to accept the phone working on my wifi network, but that is NOT what I paid for, and the phone would then not work outside of my house. They were always polite, but never admitted the problem was with their service. They also wouldn't refund the 3 months I was paying for service and getting nothing (except grief).

Works very well also got fall protection but my father kept setting if off and he is hard hearing so he could not hear it to tell them it was a false alarm so I dropped the fall protection but they were right on it when it went off. Very satisfied!!

I had the mobile alert around my neck. I forgot about it and when I took my blouse off it fell on the floor. Immediately help came on the line but I told her I was fine. So when it fell It detected a fall. Very good job.
