I feel more comfortable at work knowing my wife is safe. I work construction and long hours Sometimes. Sigh, I'm relieved. She is on cane, hip replacement

I NOW HAVE A DEVICE THAT I CAN TAKE ON MY WALKS WITH MY DOG ROLO THAT WILL MAKE ME SAFER IF I HAVE A FALL OR SOME OTHER PROBLEM. I CAN TAKE IT WHEN I GO OUT IN THE CAR SOMEPLACE ALSO. I LIVE ALONE WITH MY DOG AND CAT AND AM NOW OVER 70 YEARS OLD, SO IT WILL HELP ME IF I HAVE A PROBLEM THERE ALSO.

The Mobile Help with its parts went together easily and test out well. Haven't needed to click on emergency, but it and I are ready if the time comes. I wear the necklace and take the other duo when I go out in the car. Easy enough! I would recommend it to anyone who might need to communicate in an emergency. Peggy Boyd

We had JUST set up the pendant for my mom and the NEXT day she needed it when she fell and broke her ankle. Everything worked just as it should have!

i mainly bought this so when my mom went to my sisters she had something to rely on but it didnt work at all! That was the main reason I got it for her because she is alone during the day there.So know im debating whether to keep it or not.The other one she had was free and it worked just fine here in our house. Any suggestions? i need something for her that works away from home. Muscoda,Wi. is were it will not work.

I feel peace of mind after my sons installed my new Mobile help system. As a widow living alone , this also gives my sons peace of mind, knowing their Mother is covered. I am a firm beleiver in sharing knowledge of something that is good or helpful, and this can be one of your best forms of advertising. I am so grateful @ age 85 years young to be living in my own homeMy oldest son did the research, & felt your unit definitely the best . thankyou Sincerely Colleen C. Irland

I had called to get more information about MobileHelp for my 91 year old mother. When I called I was connected to Jay Jackson. He was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful from the very first call to when I later called to order it. From start to finish he was extremely helpful. Everything arrived and set up was so easy and ready to use. Jay Jackson could not have been more helpful. Please compliment him on how friendly and helpful he was.

My contact person 's name was Vince and I can't say enough good about him. My mother refused to get a monitor, but I needed my questions answered, so when she gave the OK I would be ready. Vince knew the situation but answered every question. He reassured me that this is a common situation an that once she could see how easy it is to use she would be fine with it. He never pestered me, but called back periodically to see if there were any more questions and how she was doing.It took a good scare, but she finally agreed to get the monitor. She still feels she doesn't need it, but it makes me feel better

Quick Response from their Monitors. The Equipment is sensitive to touch. The only thing I don't like is that the Equipment is Leased. You should own it after a couple of years being a Customer & get a lower Monitor Fee.

I signed my wife, who has dementia, up for MobileHelp and selected the Fall detection pendant. After the service began she fell twice and the devise did not detect the falls. I was told by MobileHelp that if you fall and attempt to get up within 20 seconds that cancels the notification -- who wouldn't try to get up right away if they are still conscious? I cancelled the Fall pendant and am satisfied with the regular pendant that requires you to press the button if you need help.
