“I had called to get more information about MobileHelp for my 91 year old mother. When I called I was connected to Jay Jackson. He was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful from the very first call to when I later called to order it. From start to finish he was extremely helpful. Everything arrived and set up was so easy and ready to use. Jay Jackson could not have been more helpful. Please compliment him on how friendly and helpful he was.”

“My contact person 's name was Vince and I can't say enough good about him. My mother refused to get a monitor, but I needed my questions answered, so when she gave the OK I would be ready. Vince knew the situation but answered every question. He reassured me that this is a common situation an that once she could see how easy it is to use she would be fine with it. He never pestered me, but called back periodically to see if there were any more questions and how she was doing.It took a good scare, but she finally agreed to get the monitor. She still feels she doesn't need it, but it makes me feel better”

“Quick Response from their Monitors. The Equipment is sensitive to touch. The only thing I don't like is that the Equipment is Leased. You should own it after a couple of years being a Customer & get a lower Monitor Fee.”

“I signed my wife, who has dementia, up for MobileHelp and selected the Fall detection pendant. After the service began she fell twice and the devise did not detect the falls. I was told by MobileHelp that if you fall and attempt to get up within 20 seconds that cancels the notification -- who wouldn't try to get up right away if they are still conscious? I cancelled the Fall pendant and am satisfied with the regular pendant that requires you to press the button if you need help.”

“My initial contact was very pleasant and informative. The sales rep/customer rep was very knowledgeable of his product line. He explained all the options to me in a clear and concise way enabling me to make an informed decision. He was very patient and wanted to be sure my questions and concerns were addressed and that I felt comfortable with my decision. It's a difficult time and process to go through when your life changes to cause you to consider a health alert monitor. I was treated with with respect and concern at a difficult time. This product was reasonable in price for what it offered compared to others.I am anxious to travel with the mobile unit.”

“service person was very helpful kind and thorough. equipment arrived quickly and on time. very simply plugged in and activated. mobile help checked in and made sure all was satisfactory and answered one more question. item is simple and everything is just as described and I have contact if ever needed. the generous gift of key box is appreciated. thank you nancy and howard revenig”

“The people who answered my calls were friendly and helpful, however, I got differing answers about the distance that the devise reaches at home. My original contact said 600', but after I paid for and received the device I was told 300'. Also, I did not expect to have to wear the necklace/bracelet AND the receiver device everywhere. When I first got the device and called to test it the MobileHelp rep had trouble understanding me over the device and I was within 3 feet of it.”

“I'm probably not going to use the lockbox for several reasons. The combination I chose worked at first but now it doesn't. The dials are very hard to see and to move and EMTs would be slowed down too much dealing with that. There is no indicator line to show which of the three visible lines should be the place to enter the combination. They recently saved me after a heart attack because I unlocked my door before dialing 911. May I return the lockbox for a credit?”

“Thankfully I have not had to use my Mobilehelp yet, but the service has been very good. My unit was not charging properly at first and you sent me a new kit. Thank you . I feel very secure wearing my wrist button, comfortable and not in my way at all.”
