My 35 year old daughter had a massive STROKE A year ago September. It was every parents mightmare. in december i was able to go back to work and worry less knowing her home had Mobile Helpthere for her if she needed it to be. I Thank God every day for Mobile help.Even if it goes off acidently they always respond. My son in law sat on it on day by mistake and they hear this lady talking Do YOU NEED HELP. DO YOU NEED HELP. THEN THEY RELIZED IT WAS MOBILE HELP.THEY BRING ME PEACE OF MIND EVERYDAY. THANKYOU MOBIL HELP. THANK YOU BRENDA DOBAK

to review this after only having a couple of days is stupid in my opinion. We did not get the product we asked for but it was sent out to us - so their customer service was great. It should be written in large print not to wear fall protection pendant to bed. Because she did not read that and well, we got a call at 1am asking if we were ok. We are not the clients, she is and that led us to find out she gave our number since she did not have a phone, So right now the only one we can rate is customer service and they are good. we will see what happens within the next week.

I was concerned with cost and if there was to be a contract and distance of help, and JC explained everything in detail and with an honest interest type of voice and demeanor (I could see through the phone)LOL so all went well. Put JC up for the next raise. Lee Ann

We feel very secure with Mobil-Help; especially with GPS tracking capaxity of the Duo System.

I enjoy it because I'm not tied to home, I can go anywhere in the US and get help, as prone to falls as I am, I am glad to know that I can get help 24 hours a day. If your by yourself I would recommend this to you.

Very quick response as I was learning how to use my new alert system. Had several false alarms getting use to the sensitivity of the system. Kind and responsive. Feel confident that when I have a real emergency, you will be there to help.

We find the Mobile devices, useful for medical needs. The price is fairly, reasonable, considering the accessories that come with the price. Also, we were informed that the wrist band and necklace alarms are waterproof, which does bring some peace of mind by the use of wear, when necessary. Furthermore, the GPS device is ideal for travel. In addition, the set up of the equipment is almost, surprisingly, automatic with practically,no waiting period for the acknowledgement by your company that the test of a two way communication is successfully, complete. Presently, we appreciate, the business.

Love the service so far. Was afraid ATT would not work where I live, but it works fine. Service picks up immediately. Had a couple of issues that we are working out. The fall detection is very sensitive. You must hold button down on pendant to cancel fall detection alert. It goes off when you sit in a chair and don't move for a couple of seconds. It goes off when you are sleeping for no apparent reason. My husband (user) went out on back porch in middle of night and fell asleep in chair. He did not take his portable speaker with him which was charging in living room. Main speaker was in living room too as well as my cell phone. A fall was detected. I was in the bedroom and didn't hear alert. Next thing the ambulance and fire department were at our door. We have remedied that problem by putting charger for portable unit in the bedroom so at least I should wake up and hear it. My husband has severe arthritis and has problems with mobility. He has fallen in the past. This unit gives me peace of mind.
