“When I called for information on having this service for my Grandmother, the staff were understanding and direct. We had an issue with her and one of the pieces, however, staff assisted us with the most professional manner.”

“I've had to use this service twice now and, while they responded quickly, they seem to have not been able to hear me clearly and there was a misunderstanding as to what service I needed. Also, in trying to figure out the best location for the base unit the very large, bright buttons make it hard to put the unit someplace inconspicuous. However, these featured might be good for some people.”

“Too many pieces. I have hearing problems, so verbal answers may not be heard if I ever need them. I forget to take the battery in the car, so couldn't use the neck button, anyway. Basically it's a clumsy operation, and annoying nuisance. However, my daughter is the one who's paying.”

“i am very happy with my mobile unite. i was told that i would receive 25.00 dollars for each name that bought a unite i have not received any money so far and i was told someone from the office would check into this and call me back but so far have not heard from anyone .i know of 2 people that bought your units. i have called several times earlier this year. i will not refer anyone else if you do not do what you promise. mary sharp”

“We did not make a purchase recently, however, we sent the equipment back in August-September because my mother (Ann Yoakley) passed away 8/2/16. The service provided was excellent.”
