Help my mother stay independent and not feel alone or scared, helps me feel at ease that I am doing all I can as a child to look after her, yet give her the independence she still needs.

The people at MobilHelp have always been very pleasant and helpful when I have had telephone contact with them. The devices, namely the neck pendant and the wrist device, have been faulty, however, and it took over a year with your company to get ones that work well. I thank you for replacing them very quickly. Also, this rating request was sent to my name (Mann) to my son-in-law's email address. I am now the one paying for your service. He originally did but not any more. His name should be in the list of contacts to be informed in case I am ever taken to the hospital.

I have had Mobile Help for over a year. Fortunately I have not had to use the emergency contact. I do. however, have monthly contact with Mobile Help when I perform the monthly check to see that the systems is working. I am pleased with the prompt response to my call. Usually the response comes within 30 seconds of my pressing the call button. I do this on a regular monthly basis. A couple of times I have made these calls away from home while visiting family. I did one from my daughter's house in Chicago. After determining there was no emergency she did a GPS on my location giving the location on her street. She followed that with a statement: "That is the third house from the corner." Another time I placed my call from my sister's home in Cape Giraudoux, Mo. Again, after determining no emergency she did a GPS on the location giving the exact street name and number. Needless to say my family was quite impressed.

I would suggest that you do not contact the emergency persons immediately after a call from me to Mobile Help, but wait at least until medics have arrived and the situation is either successfully taken care of, or it was necessary to go to a hospital. There's no point in alarming my contact people if it involves only minor help in getting up off the floor. It has been very traumatic and unnecessary for my contacts to leave work, come home from an errand, long distance phone calls to each other, while I'm back in the house sitting comfortable at the TV. Surely you understand that your present procedure is not helpful nor very smart nor appreciated by clients. Julie Spengler

Rapid, almost immediate response, and by a 'real person' to my complaint about my MOILE HELP WRIST BAND. I have also already been notified by Fed X to expect a replacement today. Excellent compassion and follow up. Also, your responses to emergency calls and/or accidental pushes on button are excellent!! Thanks so much and continue the excellent management. Now a question? Does my system recognize if I have fallen and can't get up? See such ADS in AARP Newsletters. Yvonnecris S. Veal

Thank you, I feel more comfortable sitting in my home every night alone with my necklace on. I wear it 24x7 and thankfully I haven;t needed to use it, but it makes me feel much better. Thank you. Linda M Doss

I purchased the services of Mobil Help in June of 2012 because of my husbands health. Having this service has been a wonderful thing as I had had to contact them a number of times over the few years. They have assisted me in getting the emergency assistance to our home who then took my husband to a local hospital. The other great thing is that your staff member stays on the phone, talking with me until the emergency staff arrives and then they speak with them to confirm that we are now in their hands for assistance. I tell all my friends about this great service and suggest that they consider it for a loved one of themselves if their medical condition warrants it.

I wish your system was on Verizon. We live in a rural area and our system isn't always connected to the cell. With Verizon, in our area, there would be coverage. Thanks
