I pay for this service for my 88 year old mom. Any time she has needed help, MobileHelp has responded immediately. Very happy with the service

You had all the answers to all my question and you were very polite when I accidentally pushed the help button by mistake

I am pleased to report that I have not ever had an emergency necessitating my use of my Mobile Help device. HOWEVER, the freedom and security that having the Mobile Help pedant around my neck, in case I might have an emergency, is priceless! I believe that the most unique and valuable service of Mobile Help, vs. other personal security devices, is the portable 'base" that allows me to have the same security away from home as the security within my own home property. I was recently on a small weekend trip with my husband and another couple. While shopping in an unfamiliar outlet mall with my friend pushing me in my wheelchair, we rolled over a brick in the walkway outside some stores, that caused my chair, with me sitting in it, to lunge forward very quickly. Thankfully, I was able to catch myself with my one "good" hand , on the arm of the chair, and my friend was able to stop the momentum of the chair, so I was fine, but the knowledge that I had the security of Mobile Help, had I actually fallen out of my wheelchair, was priceless.! I will never be without the security that having the Mobile Help device around my neck offers me, at any time!

A couple of years ago I fell and couldn't get up. That's when I decided to do some research and thought MobileHelp was the best unit for me. My husband has Alzheimer's, he came right away when I fell, and patted me on the back. He doesn't know how to use the phone and I don't think he would have thought to go to the neighbor's for help. So, actually the MobileHelp was as much for him as it was for me. The unit has given me so much peace of mind. One less thing I have to be concerned about.

I have only had MobileHelp for a few months. I have already had to use them twice. Without the service, I don't know what I would have done. I live alone.

A friend challenged me to contact a home help service since I live alone. I saw the advertisements in the AARP magazine. Signed up for MobileHelp a few months before I had a fall. MobileHelp was there when I fell in 2015 and broke my left wrist. The Rescue Squad was notified and here very soon. No broken doors since I have a lock box provided by MobileHelp. My contact people were notified and called me or arrived at the hospital as soon as I did. Since there is a GPS service provided also, I feel safe traveling. I don't ever want to be without MobileHelp.

The Mobile Help system is easy to set up and use. My 83-year-old mother likes the convenience and peace of mind, either using the pendant or wristband. Also, the system is continually upgraded and is portable- just a simple series of phone calls before and after a move did the trick. Billing is also easy, too.

I would have given five stars but for fact that the Company does not offer a pendant with the GPS unit built-in. Although my 92 yr. old mother wears her pendant at all times, she often forgets (like many elderly) to take her stand-alone GPS device when she leaves her apartment, in which case, her pendant is valueless. It would be advantageous to offer an "all-in-one" pendant to avoid this issue.

I am a 57 year old former stroke victim who lives alone and my Mobile Help unit gives my family some sort of peace of mind that I am protected in emergency situations.

I firmly believe that EVERY Senior have a medical device to be able to get prompt, knowledgeable service. Ever since I obtained a Mobile Help system, I have been assured of this service. I have picked a day of the month to press the button testing my system, and each time the person(s) answering the buzz has been courteous, helpful, pleasant and eager to be of service. For me, on a fixed income, the cost is well worth the service. Anywhere I am, if I need help, I can reach someone who will know where I am, have medical history available and good sound medical advice. If I need to get to the ER, they will send an ambulance/aid car/fire truck to my door. I will be able to be helped immediately. I was even given a key box with a code number on it to hang on my outside door; it has an extra key inside in case the apartment building manager is gone for the weekend. I really love my Mobile Help System.

There have been two occasions when the Mobile Help button was pushed by accident. The first time they were able to talk to momma and everything was fine. The second time she was mowing the yard and didn't hear the man in her pocket. I was there with momma so they couldn't reach me at home. They sent a city police officer to check on her. About the time the police arrived my cell phone rang. To me that's the best possible way to try and keep my 90 year old mother safe and independent.

While I am personally not using Mobile Help YET, I have purchased it for my 47 year old daughter who has MS, and my aunt who is 101 years old. It gives me peace of mind knowing they are seconds away from getting help. I have also referred three friends who are now using Mobile Help. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

I am 93 and still independent, living alone and enjoying life. I have had Mobile Help for past year and have the comfort of knowing that quick help is available if I need it. This is a comfort to me and helps me to get on with living. I know that response is immediate because while my grandson was visiting, he got curious and just had to punch the button...and immediately Help wanted to know what was needed and how to help me. and everyone in the house had to run to see what was happening. I know that the Help is on the job because I can have a 30 second check each month to be sure we are in good connection Alva Lowe

i have had MobileHelp for nearly two years. I investigated the others out there that are similar, but the fact that Mobile Help comes with a small portable unit that I can easily take with me and it has a GPS inside it convinced me that this was the best product out there. I take that portable unit wherever I go and know that I am protected. I just put it in my pocket or purse and off I go. Fortunately, I haven't needed to call upon the other services MobileHelp offers. I wear the button/pendant most of the time. It is lightweight and doesn't bother me. If I choose to, I can wear the wristband, instead. I alternate between the two. Both give me a sense of security for which I am grateful. If there is a power loss, the batteries in both last for 24 hours. The portable unit can be charged elsewhere, too. I am delighted with MobileHelp and recommend it to anyone with a disability.
