“I have my mobile help as a preventative measure. I wear it all the time because of health issues. I know someone can assist me if I have an accident because I live alone. The Mobile Help monitors the equipment, too.”

“I don't know how to rate this product. I found having all those pieces to it was like someone watching me untiI I fall. Would not be using it except that my children insisted. I do use the one in the shower. I don't like having the lock box, people ask if my house is for sale. I am sure it does the job but it makes me feel like a feeble old woman.”

“Thankfully I have not had to use this device other than testing, but each time I called Mobil Help with questions, I have had courteous customer service personnel. So far, I am quite pleased with entire set up. The base acts as a night light for my kitchen and I especially like the fact that I am able to take a small device with me when I leave the house, thus enabling me to speak directly with a person should the need arise. I would recommend Mobile Help to anyone looking for a terrific home alert system, and truthfully I already have.”

“Needed something to monitor my independent but 87 year old father in his home and elsewhere. This has helped us locate him when we cant reach him, and more importantly, he used the pendant when he fell out of bed and needed 911 ambulance/hospital at 3 AM. It isn't cheap but it's worth it. May get one for myself..I live alone and am 63 and have bad knees...”

“In the spring I called MobileHelp to let them know my parents (snowbirds) would be going back north and what day they would be back in their home. I failed to mention they would be stopping off at my place on the way. My sister received a call from MobileHelp saying they were showing my parents at a certain location and were they okay. The address they gave was the street in front of my apartment. I was impressed!!”

“We live in an area where we can't get most medical alert buttons to work inside our house. So far this one and one other company (which we would never go back too) are the only 2 that work. MobileHelp is a very compact size and very easy to take care of. My wife bought this for me and I didn't like the idea to begin with, after wearing it for a week, I forgot I had it on. The only problem I have is that once in a while the position I have the one piece on my side gets set off by the seat belt in the car. The staff when I've called in with questions or when it accidently goes off are extremely nice and helpful.”

“Fortunately I have not had to use Mobile Help. However, my daughter has used it and gotten the help she needed. A friend that had gotten Mobile Help on my recommendation had a fall and broke her neck. Mobile Help got her the help she needed and she is now doing well. I do more things around the house and go more places because I know that I can call for help if need be.”
