“I have not needed to use it for an emergency yet, thank goodness. However, the system seems to be very good. Voice reminders for recharging the mobile button, and also for the test that needs to be done monthly.”

“I can't really write a review, in all honesty, because half the time I don't wear the bracelet or the pendant! I'm close to returning the equipment. Not because it isn't effective, but if I don't use it, I'm throwing money away.”

“I got this service for my mom 6 months ago and just renewed for another. This gives her such a sense of comfort when she is alone. She has pushed the button on her necklace twice and each time got an immediate response. Though it was by mistake, the operator was kind and made sure she was fine. Thank you MobileHelp for being there when I can't. Debbie”
