“Is Ivan a customer with mobile help Or a few months now I have one there alerts that broke Down and then when I called them and let them know They worked as fast as they could to provide me with another one And in between then the system that was broke I could they could not hear me but however the is the button still It's worked to the fact that that the signal where where they could still send help I just couldn't hear them”

“Purchased for my 85-year-old mom who fell shortly after she got it. Response time was phenomenal and the operator was efficient, attentive, patient and kind. Mom was extremely grateful and said she feels so much safer knowing she has help literally at her fingertips. The whole family is very happy with the service. Customer service made initial setup and testing simple. Overall definitely A+”

“I trust that they will be there. They were actually there when I just lost my phone, which isn’t a medical emergency but I was very panicked because I don’t have a landline and I wouldn’t be able to call anyone else for anything. And because of there help I found my phone which had somehow been thrown in the dumpster.”

“My elderly mother and her brother have mobile alert system in their home. They have used it several times over the last couple of years, so it truly is a life-saver. I worry less now than I did when they didn't have it. The people at the company are professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend MobileHelp.”

“I was introduced to MobileHelp from a close friend. It was something that I wanted to do for awhile. but never thought about it, until I acquired a condition that is life threatening. After several trips to the hospital, I thought that it was time. Knock on wood, I haven't had a chance to use it, but if i have to, I feel safe knowing that it is only a button away”
