“I trust that they will be there. They were actually there when I just lost my phone, which isn’t a medical emergency but I was very panicked because I don’t have a landline and I wouldn’t be able to call anyone else for anything. And because of there help I found my phone which had somehow been thrown in the dumpster.”

“My elderly mother and her brother have mobile alert system in their home. They have used it several times over the last couple of years, so it truly is a life-saver. I worry less now than I did when they didn't have it. The people at the company are professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend MobileHelp.”

“I was introduced to MobileHelp from a close friend. It was something that I wanted to do for awhile. but never thought about it, until I acquired a condition that is life threatening. After several trips to the hospital, I thought that it was time. Knock on wood, I haven't had a chance to use it, but if i have to, I feel safe knowing that it is only a button away”

“I have had this service about two weeks now and have not had to use it. However a couple phone calls were just inquiries and the people I talked to were very patient and answered my questions in a pleasant and helpful manner. I wanted this type of service in case I am away from home I can get help if needed. Thank.”

“I was very pleased with how quickly my request for this service was filled, and with the number of options provided. I was also appreciative of their understanding when I accidently "called for help" while setting up my equipment! Best of all is the peace of mind I now have knowing I am not entirely alone should I fall - again; someone will come.”
