“The equipment is easy to set up as the instructions are quite clear. I appreciate the help I've received when I've called MobileHelp. So far (and hopefully never) I've not had an emergency where I would use MobileHelp. The system is in place to give me peace of mind -- a priceless attribute.”

“I can only review the portion of the sale itself. All went very well and we got everything on time. But, the item is for my sister-in-law who lives in Milwaukee, WI - and it will be several days before she gets it set up. She left via airplane today back to Milwaukee. A review of the item's usage will have to be after she has used it for some time. But the ordering and all involved in that went great.”

“Am just getting used to it as only have had it for a few weeks. The one thing that I would like to see changed is the bracelet. The one I have is black and is rather bulky. It looks like a man's watch. Would love to have a more feminine looking one or at least a different band. Also do not like the cord on the fall pendent. That could be better. Just comments for you to consider as wearing one or other all the time it would be nice to have something more attractive.”
