“I purchased this unit for my recently widowed mother, who is elderly and lives out of town. I submitted a request on their website and they called me within 5 minutes. Samantha walked me through everything, gave me suggestions and arranged the entire process. Then, the company walked my mom through how to set everything up and did some test calls. She is very happy and we both feel much better knowing someone is there to help in case she falls or has a medical issue at home. I strongly recommend this company.”

“I can honestly say my mother never got a chance to use the product but I have dealt with the customer service people and they are AMAZING!! Responded to my calls right away, returned emails right away. Should someone in my family ever need a product and service again, I will get this. GREAT customer service and friendly support team!! Thank you so much!!”

“The mobile help unit works as expected. I've accidentally set it off two times so I know it's working. I'm not too crazy about the neck strap. It came undone once caused the unit to fall and set it off. The strap also irritates my neck.”

“I purchased this for a daughter who has Multiple Sclerosis . I have trouble convincing her to wear it ALL the time. The wrist band model is helpful and as the non-user of this device I am happy with it. She is getting more comfortable with the concept of wearing it all the time ,,,even ( and especially ) in the shower. She is 59 yrs. old and we are a stubborn family with the need for ideas to be our own . She will get comfortable with this wonderful product . Prior to my purchase she had fallen in the bathroom and remained on the floor for several hours until I had checked on her . Neither she nor I will ever forget that helpless feeling. This product will assure us that that can NEVER occur ,again.”
