“I purchased this for a daughter who has Multiple Sclerosis . I have trouble convincing her to wear it ALL the time. The wrist band model is helpful and as the non-user of this device I am happy with it. She is getting more comfortable with the concept of wearing it all the time ,,,even ( and especially ) in the shower. She is 59 yrs. old and we are a stubborn family with the need for ideas to be our own . She will get comfortable with this wonderful product . Prior to my purchase she had fallen in the bathroom and remained on the floor for several hours until I had checked on her . Neither she nor I will ever forget that helpless feeling. This product will assure us that that can NEVER occur ,again.”

“I have my mobile alert for about a month. I hit the button by accident once and the response was very quick. Very comfortable to wear the wristband. But most important I feel safe.”

“I was ordering for my Mom online. I had a question so I called and the sales rep was very helpful and allowed a couple of extra perks. Everything arrived when said and we got things set up for Mom. We needed to call customer support and they were very patient and helpful. j So far, so good. No false alarms and Mom is getting used to wearing the push button items. It is comforting to know that if she falls and is not able to call the fall device will detect that and call for help. Thank you.”
