The first time I did a test it took 8 minutes to reach someone, but the second time it was only 2 minutes. I do feel safer with this service.

So far we've been satisfied with mobile health and the representative that helped us purchasing it John was very knowledgeable and courteous and helped us tremendously

Mobile Help is easy to set up places the choice of use in the client's hands let's you choose who you want contacted for help I t is a very user friendly. I take care of multiple elder neighbors because their medical alert systems took all choice away from them. If many more switch over to Mobile Health I will be out of work. Their smiling faces are worth it. Check them it before setting up your loved one with a system that reads every effort t pickup something as a fall and blindly alerting entire emergency contact list. As with the kid who cried wolf too often any people stop showing up to calls fr assistance. Mobile Health put choice back in their hands I do recommend them to all of my clients happily.

My mother loves her mobilHelp. The unit makes her feel confident and safe in her home. She said it was easy to install which also made her very happy. Good 👍 Job!

I've had my pendant for a month or so and I'm very happy with it. It does not bother me wearing it like I thought. Makes me feel safe that I can reach help Fast if I need it.

I just switched from a Mobile Help watch to the micro monitor I wear around my neck. I needed fall monitoring due to a couple of minor strokes. So I’m wearing the new device for the first time and I trip over one of my dogs…I’m flat on the floor. Immediately, there is a voice. My fall was detected. IT WORKED!!! Like having an angel on my shoulder. WORTH EVERY DIME. 73 years old and I need all the help I can get. Thank You Mobile Help. Frank in Gainesville Georgia

My mom fell. She was on hold for 30 minutes on the floor until a person answered the call. And her device needs a charge every 24 hours. It's on the charger almost as long as it's on her. Very disappointed.

Mobile Help has been great to work with. They helped me understand the plan and get it set up for my dad. I chose them based on Consumer Reports reviews, price, and the ability to buy a plan that fits my dad’s needs. I appreciate that my dad can pick up the phone or push a button and talk to a real person. He doesn’t have to be computer literate to get help or answer his questions.

When I ordered this unit, I was ordering it for my Mother-in-law. We paid for the unit using a funds transfer from her checking account. I was told by the salesperson on the phone that the unit would arrive overnight once the transfer was completed. I drove from Indian to New York so I would be there to set the unit up. The fund showed withdrawn on Monday morning. On Wednesday I called Mobilehelp Customer Service to find out the status of my order and was informed that their company policy was the ship unit when the payments are made via funds transfer, the is a 10-day hold on shipments when this method of payment was used. It would have been nice to have been told that at the time of my order so my trip to New York was for not. I ended up paying someone in the area to set the unit up since I had to return to Indiana for work the following week. Also during the time, we were waiting for the unit to arrive, My mother-in-law received a call from customer service asking why her unit had not been activated and tghat she had received the unit. when she explained she had not received the unit, the person stated she had, getting my mother-in-law quite upset.

I had dropped my bag containing my MobileHelp at a function. As it was noisy I didn't hear the response to the alert being set off. The response came into the function and found me. Tho I was very red faced I was glad to see how well they respond.

The equipment is easy to set up as the instructions are quite clear. I appreciate the help I've received when I've called MobileHelp. So far (and hopefully never) I've not had an emergency where I would use MobileHelp. The system is in place to give me peace of mind -- a priceless attribute.

Well for one thing I did not electronic sind for this I did not want this at this time .But y'all too( out my 119 dollar s then the same day I called to tell you to stop this a nd put my money back .because I did not sind .now I am not so sure this is a very good company .now the bank and I are waiting for you to put my money back .I called you today the person could not find nothering about Me my name nor address .put my money back or I will have to let the whole world know you are not true to your people it's been two months I still have no money ..plz do so .

I can only review the portion of the sale itself. All went very well and we got everything on time. But, the item is for my sister-in-law who lives in Milwaukee, WI - and it will be several days before she gets it set up. She left via airplane today back to Milwaukee. A review of the item's usage will have to be after she has used it for some time. But the ordering and all involved in that went great.
