“I opted out of Mobile Help before ever setting it up. I sent the company their equipment back, without even opening the box it came in. I found this company to be “hard selling” but with very little follow through. They made mistake after mistake with my starting account. So I lost all confidence in them and cancelled.”

“Is Ivan a customer with mobile help Or a few months now I have one there alerts that broke Down and then when I called them and let them know They worked as fast as they could to provide me with another one And in between then the system that was broke I could they could not hear me but however the is the button still It's worked to the fact that that the signal where where they could still send help I just couldn't hear them”

“Purchased for my 85-year-old mom who fell shortly after she got it. Response time was phenomenal and the operator was efficient, attentive, patient and kind. Mom was extremely grateful and said she feels so much safer knowing she has help literally at her fingertips. The whole family is very happy with the service. Customer service made initial setup and testing simple. Overall definitely A+”

“I trust that they will be there. They were actually there when I just lost my phone, which isn’t a medical emergency but I was very panicked because I don’t have a landline and I wouldn’t be able to call anyone else for anything. And because of there help I found my phone which had somehow been thrown in the dumpster.”

“My elderly mother and her brother have mobile alert system in their home. They have used it several times over the last couple of years, so it truly is a life-saver. I worry less now than I did when they didn't have it. The people at the company are professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend MobileHelp.”

“The unit seems to be working fine along with the accessories provided; however, I have a concern about the base that is situated on my kitchen counter. If I fell how would I be able to reach the EMERGENCY button?”

“It works great! My husband has set it off a few times when he has gone to take the fall button off. It is very sensitive. The call center is way too slow to answer the calls. Luckily my husband has not been hurt.”
