“I feel safer having MobileHelp. I use the button around my neck. It went off one day while I was washing dishes. I had not pressed the button. I have to take care of my 95-year-old husband and during the course of the day I have to do a lot of bending and the button swings all over the place which I do not like. Hopefully, I will never have to use the device and it gives me a sense of comfort to know that help is near.”

“Am just getting used to it as only have had it for a few weeks. The one thing that I would like to see changed is the bracelet. The one I have is black and is rather bulky. It looks like a man's watch. Would love to have a more feminine looking one or at least a different band. Also do not like the cord on the fall pendent. That could be better. Just comments for you to consider as wearing one or other all the time it would be nice to have something more attractive.”

“Satisfied with everybody that I spoke to within your organization everyone was pleasant and helpful and they had absolutely no difficulty when I came to canceling my subscription with you people this is just not the product for me it is no reflection on you it is simply not the product for me so therefore I am canceling and returning your equipment however I will reiterate that everybody I dealt with was the most professional thank you very much”

“I opted out of Mobile Help before ever setting it up. I sent the company their equipment back, without even opening the box it came in. I found this company to be “hard selling” but with very little follow through. They made mistake after mistake with my starting account. So I lost all confidence in them and cancelled.”
