She lives alone in an apartment, and relies on the service you have provided through the last several years. The devices are easy for her to use. “'Sunday, June 11th, I heard calls for help coming from a distance outside of my home.. I rushed toward those calls in my Cricket (like a small golf cart). I found a neighbor lying on the ground, her ankle at an angle. I had my Moble Help device attached to my belt. I activated the emergency button and then explained the situation. Without any delay your operator took the necessary information, contacted Winter Haven emergency services and within 20-30 minutes the EMS vehicles arrived to assist my neighbor. She remains in Winter Haven hospital with multiple fractures of the ankle. My thanks to your great organization for caring so much, assisting individuals even though they are not one of your customers. Bob Dorsey”

“Mobile Help is far superior to others offering this service. I belonged to another service for 3 years. They only offered help within the boundaries of your home period. Your service provides help no matter where I am and have proved it, more than once. Mobile Help is easy to recommend. Their response for help is quick. Notifying designated others is quick. “I feel safe. I was falling a lot due to neurological problems with my legs. I have a wheelchair now but standing and maneuvering is still a challenge. The fall pendant helps myself and others feel safe around me, just in case I fall, there is help on the way.”
