Have only had it a month or so, and traveled once. But it has given us a feeling of comfort. The process was a piece of cake, and it is serving it's purpose home & away

My Dad wears his MobileHelp button on his belt and he occasionally accidentally pushes it. Each time he has gotten an immediate, polite response, asking if he needs help. The person stays in contact until they are sure he is OK and doesn't need assist. If I talk to them, they carefully ask who I am and check to see if I am on his contact list. Thank you for giving our family peace of mind. We know our Dad, who lives alone, will get prompt help if needed.

Yesterday I signed on with MobileHelp for the Home and Away Plan including the Fall Button and equipment insurance. I am 93, still active and live alone in my own home. A couple of medical emergencies in recent years have made me aware that relying on a cell phone in a pocket is not always the best plan. I discovered online that there are many options for medical emergency alert services and found that MobileHelp of the seemingly top-rated organizations provided the most information about their services. There was immediate and friendly follow-up to my inquiry. My phone conversations with Joe Ferrara and Brianna made me feel very comfortable and much assured that a caring crew would be my daily unseen companion. Pushing a button will feel like calling a friend.

I have had no problems so far, but, happily, I have had no need to call for emergencies so far

They answered all my questions. AND were very polite and patient with me. (I did have a couple challenging questions that needed "research") Then, later, as I was trying set everything up and read the manuals, I unknowingly dropped the fall button. I nearly panic-ed but finally got someone on the phone who cancelled the "alert" and instructed me what I need to do if that happens again. I don't consider myself "dumb" about these things (i used to do computers, similar). And I thought my questions were logical. And the ladies probably had heard them many times before, but they acted like I was the first (a little boost to my ego). Respect and I loved it. So many don't respect older folks or have little patience. My thanks to Laura and Brianna!!!!

I was looking for a device that my mother (who is hard of hearing) could use. We had tried another type which was hooked up to the modem in the living room. The EMTS were there all the time because she couldn't hear the device. Now with Mobile DUO there haven't been any false calls because the device has an "innie" button which is harder to activate when you roll over on it while sleeping and easy to activate when pressed. JC talked to me about his mother and the fact that he loved it so much for his hard of hearing mother that he went to work there!

I'm a 71 year old male that lives alone in the countryside. Physically, I've had a quadruple open heart surgery. Your device is a comfortable life saving feature of my attir that I wear daily.

The employees were extremely patient and kind while speaking with me. I am recovering from my first seizure and am very confused to say the least. However, I was following my neurologists advice to acquire a fall notification device.

The set up was easy and the directions excellent. On the first day after setting up the system my MobileHelp got tested I received a call from MobileHelp that I didn't see until later, so my first contact was called and told that my Fall Dectect Button had been pushed but that the GPS said I was traveling at 60 miles per hour. I let everyone know that I was fine. Then discovered that my seat belt had pressed on the Button! I am happy to know the system works so well but I gave shortened the lanyard!
