“From first phone call to equipment set-up and testing, everyone we dealt with was courteous, patient, and easy to understand. We were concerned because user is hard-of-hearing; they even put a note on the account, requesting loud-speaking when communicating with us. I feel very reassured, knowing my mother is in good hands!”

“The alert button that I wear all the time is waterproof and not just water resistant. The main unit is bright and easy to locate in a dark room. Also, I have GPA in a very small case in my pocket when I leave home. It doesn't get any better !”

“MobileHelp always makes me happy! I love knowing they are always close at hand and I know that because sometimes my mother's pendant sets off some action even when she has not fallen. “Thankfully, we have not had to use the service to call for help! We are very pleased to have the service if we need it. We are 81 and 82 years old and a fall could be fatal. I sometimes I forget that I have it on. I wonder if I would remember to push the button! Thank you for the security the service provides!”

“It is comforting to know that if a medical emergency should happen to me while I'm at work, away from my house or in my house I can get help sent to me just by pushing a button. However, I wish that MobileHelp operators would have the ability to tell the Emergency respondents what medical allergies and conditions I have before they arrive on the scene in case I am unconscious and when they arrive they can read the form for other medical conditions and list of medications.”

“MobileHelp has been wonderful and informative by answering all my questions on the monitor system. Alalia and Francine were wonderful in getting me set up and Dillon was very patient with my many questions. I have not received the system yet but I investigated many types and MobileHelp seems to be the best match for me to cover at home and away. The GPS feature should work very well if I have a problem away from home. Thanks to the whole staff for making this a great experience and for me peace of mind.”
