Thankfully, we have not had to use the service to call for help! We are very pleased to have the service if we need it. We are 81 and 82 years old and a fall could be fatal. I sometimes I forget that I have it on. I wonder if I would remember to push the button! Thank you for the security the service provides!

It is comforting to know that if a medical emergency should happen to me while I'm at work, away from my house or in my house I can get help sent to me just by pushing a button. However, I wish that MobileHelp operators would have the ability to tell the Emergency respondents what medical allergies and conditions I have before they arrive on the scene in case I am unconscious and when they arrive they can read the form for other medical conditions and list of medications.

My wife and I feel secure if something would happen to us, that your organization would report the problem to our family or to the Police and EMT people. Even if we are somewhere out of our home. Thanks

MobileHelp has been wonderful and informative by answering all my questions on the monitor system. Alalia and Francine were wonderful in getting me set up and Dillon was very patient with my many questions. I have not received the system yet but I investigated many types and MobileHelp seems to be the best match for me to cover at home and away. The GPS feature should work very well if I have a problem away from home. Thanks to the whole staff for making this a great experience and for me peace of mind.

Works as needed. I ordered this for my Mother-in-Law as she became concerned about her safety. She lives also e, and is active, but knows that age can cause changes. When she received the system, customer service helped her complete the setup and test. She says she feels much more comfortable at home now. She also mentioned that she likes being able to have this when she travels.

I'm sorry but I haven't had enough experience with your company yet to give you a rating. The only experience I've had so for was my button must of gone off while I was in the shower one morning and I didn't hear it go off. Luckily my husband was home and told them it was a mistake. I would of hated for you people to have sent out the emergency help.

My initial contact was with Amber via your online chat portal. She was extremely helpful and after relaying the information she provided to my mother, I immediately ordered the appropriate services. We received the equipment sooner than we expected and I spoke with both tech support and customer service today in order to set up the system for my mother. Both contacts were knowledgeable and spent as much time as we needed walking us through the services. And my mom was delighted with the quality of the equipment. I hope that we do not need the service, but I am confident given the level of professionalism I have encountered at every contact point.

I haven't needed any assistance from Mobile Help thus far, however, I find the organization to be aware and "on their toes" when I haven't completed a necessary form.

I have only had the service about a month and fortunately not had to use it for an emergency, but every person I have talked to has been helpful and courteous. I have done two test calls and they were completed on an acceptable timely basis, though I think it could be quicker and a bit less clunky...just a tad bit too long to answer and confirm. The thing that originially sold me on the service was the fact that you had wrist bands, but was not aware I needed to carry the portable pendant thingy also until I received the package and set it up. Seems kind of redundant as the whole purpose was not to have anything around my neck (I hate necklaces) and I do wear an oxygen cannula 24/7. I also don't want a pocket full of stuff to carry around. So I guess this would make me happy and disappointed in a way honestly.
