“What a pleasure it was to speak with Samantha and Mattie. They explained everything about the device, the equipment in a very concise manner along with all billing information and what to expect from customer service. My experience was painless and rewarding in that I felt very confident in the product. Thank you.”

“The MobileHelp sales team was most helpful and without the usual high-pressure rhetoric. All promised equipment was delivered intact, functional, and in a reasonable period of time. A systems check was performed after a quick set-up and the unit base showed instant activation. Also, two accidental requests for help assured me that the whole system was working perfectly. This was a good purchase on my part.”

“I did not receive yet the device i signed up for, however, the customer service persons I have been speaking with have been extremely helpful and nice; they have answered all the questions I had and were very quick to take down all the information requested. I am looking forward to a good relationship with this company and will be glad to post an additional review once the devices I ordered are in place.”
