I would like to say that since I had mobile help it works and operators are very nice and caring my device when off three times and the response was in a very good timely manner and professional service was very good.

I love this system. I have the Solo System which works great for my needs. I will note that when I made the call and discussed the different systems there was no pressure to upgrade to a system that was more than I needed. It arrived promptly and was very easy to set up. On the few calls I made with questions to support they answered promptly and told me what I needed to know. They have consistently been polite and pleasant on the phone. I have had a few fall alarms with the fall detection pendant but it is easy to cancel. If I don't get it cancelled they always call me immediately and ask if I need help. Then they ask if anyone else here needs help then ask me to verify my name. This avoids the concern of paramedics coming when I don't need them. I am completely satisfied with Mobile Help and both myself and my family have more peace of mind since I am 70 and live alone. I real several reviews of different systems and feel that I made an excellent choice.

We accidentally ste off the fall alarm and we're immediately contacted by MobileHelp to see if we needed assistance. Thankfully we did not, but it is very reassuring to know the response was immediate.

You are so understanding when I accidentally set off my device! I've only had it on for 4 days and have accidentally triggered the device. I'm really having a hard time getting used to it. I love how much sweetness there is on the other end of the line!

I purchased my mobile help 5 days before having a heart attack. While laying on the floor I pushed my wrist button and help was summoned Medics and firemen responded I was lucky to have mobile help on my wrist at such a time I would have laid on the floor for days otherwise as i live alone

I had another device that only worked inside my house. I cancelled tha tone and subscribed to Mobile Help. I continue to be amazed at who wonderfully detailed they are to make sure I am taken care of. I live in Oklahoma and just returned from Maine. I called Mobile Help and they knew just what to do and I was covered during my trip. I am VERY impressed with Mobil Help and give it my highest recommendation.

Since I have the Mobile Help system I an feeling a whole lot more secure and safe, Having the fall pendant to wear around home is a great thing being I am classified as a risk for falling. I must tell you that when I have set the alarm off accidentally they are really fast to respond to you. Now that I know how to cancel the call which is quite easy. Life is good there. Then to have the pendant and bracelet to use when I leave home along with a nice carrying case for the mobile unit that is needed you don't have to worry when you are away from home. You have the choice of the bracelet or the pendant. Having the GPS feature gives you more confidence. Simply because if you are in trouble and can not speak, etc they will locate you and know who you are. When all is said and done I am very thankful for the extra measure of safety and security. Best of all the monthly cost is very reasonable. Cust Serv is wonderful too :)

Customer service compared to the other companies is the best. I had Medical Alert for 1 week but no service here due to our rural area. The Medical Alert has terrible customer service. 2 agents, 2 different prices. Had to file dispute with credit card to get my money back 17 days after the system was confirmed returned. 2 agents told me it would take 30 days to refund me and then I would have paid interest. Mobile Help asked me details and informed me of things I needed to know. It works well here and we take it everywhere we go. My agent was so nice and I felt like the information he asked was very adequate to protect us. I feel comfortable calling your service for any questions. The fee was cheaper and I feel I have more for my money. I have written reviews online praising your customer service. Thank you
