“We just recently received a MobileHelp kit for our son. I was very impressed with how easy it was to set up everything and get it going. The technical assistance was great and very friendly. The agent I talked to was very knowledgeable and make the whole transaction excellent.”

“You will like the set up process. The customer service technician in right here in the United States and knows the product very well. Set up is simple and easy and the prices seem to be industry standard. I hope we never have to use the product but the set up and operation you will like.”

“I talked with "Bill" in Florida on my initial contact with MobileHelp and was greatly impressed with his knowledge of your product. “I have had my MobileHelp for about a month and very pleased. I did not want to get a device like this but my PCP insisted I had to because of multiple falls. I am impressed by the features that are offered. Especially the "fall button". Also appreciate the ambulance company calling to check up on me and make sure everything was OK. I hope the unit continues to be just what I needed. Thank you for making it available.”

“Getting the equipment and the set-up was handled very well. Fortunately I have not had a need to use the service. I did accidentally pushed the emergency button. The lady that answered was very pleasant and understood that I did not need help.”

“I was very impressed with the response I received when I accidently pushed my button... twice. I find it is easier for me to wear the wrist band instead of the necklace and so far I have not hit the button on this one.”
