“I am new and have not needed emergency service yet. However, I can say with all honesty that having MobileHelp available to me relieves my fear of falling and not being able to get help. In the past I have fallen in my room fracturing each hip and my back on three different occasion. After much struggling calling for help I was taken to the ER. Now with MobileHelp this 84 yr old lady is prepared!”

“You will like the set up process. The customer service technician in right here in the United States and knows the product very well. Set up is simple and easy and the prices seem to be industry standard. I hope we never have to use the product but the set up and operation you will like.”

“I have had my MobileHelp for about a month and very pleased. I did not want to get a device like this but my PCP insisted I had to because of multiple falls. I am impressed by the features that are offered. Especially the "fall button". Also appreciate the ambulance company calling to check up on me and make sure everything was OK. I hope the unit continues to be just what I needed. Thank you for making it available.”
