“I like the fact that there are two units that I can place in two places in my home. I love the fact I can take the portable one with me when I go out, and it has GPS. I think the cost is fair (others were twice as much). I love the fact that the wristbands are waterproof. My only question am I suppose to test each week. I didn't understand after my first test. I accidently pushed the button on the wristwatch and was contacted immediately, so we tested the unit while I had a service person on the line.”

“I contacted several organizations that offered similar service and I am happy to report that I made the right choice. There was one area that caused some concern for me but one call to Customer Service cleared everything up. No problems since.”

“We have called customer service multiple times and they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. We have also done several calls just to test range and confection and they are always great to understand we are just wanting to make sure it picks up and works no matter where Mom is at. So far, we are very satisfied.”

“I had a different mobile alert and was not satisfied. Met a lady in the grocery store that had one of the MobileHelp alerts and she could not say enough about it. I came home and reviewed it on the internet and decided that I would choose it for my alert. I have set it off a few times and they have immediately responded. I love the fact that I can wear the fall alert in the shower. Also really like the feature of the lockbox for the door.”

“I only talked with one lady I forgot her name but you need to find it and tell her thanks for me! Everything she said was exact! She was professional, but very personable. I believed what she said and she was spot on. The device works great and I do tell people the cost was great and so is the equipment...thanks again for peace of mind.”

This company has been thorough in their outline of help from notification of family, police, and ALL the devices to wear for my protection. I talked to some other companies, but this one seemed more comprehensive, without coercing, and with the best pricing.”

“I am new to MobileHelp and have had one occasion to use it. I had shortness of breath and after a while pushed the panic button. I got an immediate response. I told her what was wrong and she told me that help was on the way. The Ambulance arrived in a very few minutes and had the pin number to get my key and came in. The MobileHelp woman stayed on the line with me until they got to me. I recommend this service highly.”
