“Getting the equipment and the set-up was handled very well. Fortunately I have not had a need to use the service. I did accidentally pushed the emergency button. The lady that answered was very pleasant and understood that I did not need help.”

“I was very impressed with the response I received when I accidently pushed my button... twice. I find it is easier for me to wear the wrist band instead of the necklace and so far I have not hit the button on this one.”

“I like the fact that there are two units that I can place in two places in my home. I love the fact I can take the portable one with me when I go out, and it has GPS. I think the cost is fair (others were twice as much). I love the fact that the wristbands are waterproof. My only question am I suppose to test each week. I didn't understand after my first test. I accidently pushed the button on the wristwatch and was contacted immediately, so we tested the unit while I had a service person on the line.”
