I am still a new customer [30 days], so I have not come to a conclusion about medical help. I will say though, that the 2 times I tested it, the response was fairly quick. 1 minute the first time and 1 1/2 minute the second time. Both times, they pin pointed my exact location. There was not start up cost or activation fees and that was good. Only time will tell now and my future medical emergency needs. john rich

It is hard to rate the service as I have not received any of the equipment as yet. I think you should wait to request a survey till the equipment has a chance of being received.

I really can't give much comment at this moment. The staff was very friendly and informative in obtaining the equipment. Thankfully, as of this time I have not had to activate or use your service. The fact that I have the service available to me is a comfort though. I am planning to drive to Ohio from North Carolina to visit my son and did not consider this after experiencing health issues. With your service I am trusting that help will be available should I need it while I travel. I am not expecting any problems, but I am more confident to travel having possible help available if it is needed.

It adds a level of security for someone who lives alone. However, we did not perform all of the tests on the new unit that are listed on the contract, so I am left wondering about the coverage radius, etc.

Number one, the audio is not very loud. Once an operator comes on the line they cannot be heard even in the next room. The other night I accidently set off the alarm. I had to get out of bed and go to the next room to tell them I did not need help. Thank goodness I did not need help. The other thing, the button is too sensitive. One wrong movement and it calls for help. If I just bend down to pick up something I have to hold the pendant in one hand over my head.

i mainly bought this so when my mom went to my sisters she had something to rely on but it didnt work at all! That was the main reason I got it for her because she is alone during the day there. So know im debating whether to keep it or not.The other one she had was free and it worked just fine here in our house. Any suggestions? i need something for her that works away from home. Muscoda,Wi. is were it will not work.

The people who answered my calls were friendly and helpful, however, I got differing answers about the distance that the devise reaches at home. My original contact said 600', but after I paid for and received the device I was told 300'. Also, I did not expect to have to wear the necklace/bracelet AND the receiver device everywhere. When I first got the device and called to test it the MobileHelp rep had trouble understanding me over the device and I was within 3 feet of it.

We have not had your system long enough to experience your help due to a medical need. However, I (Robert R. Schmidt) have a real medical problem DUE TO my use of Pradaxa and the fact that your wrist band is too short and squeezes my arm blood vessels so much that I can't wear the alert box intended for this type of use. I also have COPD and prefer not to use the neck alert due to problems there. What I need is a longer wrist band or your system is useless as I move around outside and in the community. My phone is 253-857-3268.

I cannot rate anything but the preliminary matters such as shipping and setting up instructions.

I have tested your system a couple times and I felt the operator was slow to respond. Also, I was not aware that my bill would go from $89.+ per quarter then jumped to over $108 I believe it is. I am looking into other providers because of this.

I didn't get to use Mobile Help when I called because the local ambulance called by AC Moore was quicker and got me to the hospital immediately. I even wondered why I was contacted by an agency from Georgia ( Gallagher) and why I am to pay much more than I agreed at the time of my signing the papers. May I get an explanation, please? Thanks from Carolina Nazareno. By the way, I was in Delaware then.

SO FAR I HAVEN'T HAD TO USE MOBILE HELP, BUT I HAVE ONE COMPLAINT. WHO GAVE YOU PERMISSION TO PUT THE COST OF MOBILE HELP ON MY MASTERCARD? IT WAS NOT ME AND I HAVE NO EFT FOR YOU OR ANYONE ELSE. WHEN I SIGNED UP YOU AGREED TO BILL ME EACH MONTH, BUT I'M NOT BEING BILLED. I WOULD APPRECIATE IF YOU WOULD BILL ME IN THE PROPER FASHION BEGINNING NOVEMBER 2016. I DO NOT LIKE SURPRISES ON MY CREDIT CARD. I INTEND TO NOTIFY MASTERCARD TO BLOCK FUTURE CHARGES. YOU DO KNOW IT'S FRAUD TO USE A PERSON'S CREDIT CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION--RIGHT? DORIS ALEXANDER

I can't really write a review, in all honesty, because half the time I don't wear the bracelet or the pendant! I'm close to returning the equipment. Not because it isn't effective, but if I don't use it, I'm throwing money away.
