“I just happen to be in an area where AT&T cellular service in almost nil. Consequently, I ended up returning the equipment and cancelling my service because it was unreliable in my area. It was quite easy returning the equipment and receiving a refund. I found all personnel with whom I spoke to be extremely easy to talk to and very helpful. I wish I were in an area where the service is more reliable (when it worked properly, it was awesome). I appreciate all the assistance I received and would highly recommend the services of Mobile Help.”

“I received my equipment and contacted customer care to activate it all. The fall alarm kept going off every time I went into my elevator so they have just replaced it. I find that the call center is extremely prompt and efficient. I think the equipment is first class and I will recommend Mobile Help to all who are interested. they deserve a 5 star rating so far.”

“I recently dislocated my hip and could not move at all. My husband was walking the dog and did not have his cell phone with him, but it didn't matter because I couldn't reach my purse to get my cell phone anyway. I also couldn't reach our land line. This experience taught me I needed MobileHelp to be there for me when my husband isn't home. I quickly signed up with MobileHelp and I feel much safer now when I'm alone. I haven't had to use their services, but I'm confident they are there if I need them.”

“I feel safe in my house now that I have MobileHelp. If I do fall again, I have a button to push for assistance and not be on the floor for 3 hours because I cannot get up. Thank you so much for this service.”

“The best staff ever. I have had an excellent experience each time I call. Staff are super nice, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and have that personal touch that makes you feel like they really care and want things to go well. I wish every company was run like this one.”

“A GREAT sense of SAFETY and SUPPORT 24/7. Like the fact that no matter where I am I have HELP because of the GPS. They will know where I am. This is comfort for my family and friends.”

“I FELL ONCE AND IT DETECTED MY FALL AND I TOLD THE PERSON WHO CALLED THAT I WAS FINE. SHOULD I PRESS THE BUTTON ON THE COMMUNICATOR WHEN I FINISH TALKING TO YOUR PERSON?”
