I felt the representative was very kind when he helped me on the phone to understand everything I needed to know. I feel more secure knowing I can get help fast if I ever need it.

In doing research on companies providing this service I came on Mobile Help. The customer service and they sales representative were so awesome. So patient with me and all my questions. I have had it for about 1 month and have had no issues. Very happy.

Happy so far. Hoping I will never actually need to use it, but having bumpe the button s a few times I received a call very quickly, was able to cancel in time each time so far. The buttons apparently work well.

I don't prefer this company's customer service over the previous company we were using, but unfortunately had to change because their equipment/battery did not last.

Excellent service. We have had a couple of power outages. One of them somehow set off an alarm that said I had fallen. Response was great and fortunately, I had not fallen. Thanks for the great peace of mind!

The help we received from MobileHelp to get the system set up was amazing. They were very patient and walked us through all of the aspects of how to run the system, and answered all of our questions. They were extremely helpful. Also, later, when the alarm accidentally went off, the MobileHelp responder was very considerate and patient. Thank you so much

So far the unit is working well for my mother. My sisters and I feel better knowing that she is safe since my mothers lives in a different location then we do.

I got the MobileHelp system for my mom who lives alone. She is in great shape and her health is good, but I did not want to wait until there was an issue and then get her a help system. Within the first couple of days she set off her buttons countless of times by accident, because she had to get used to having on the necklace and the bracelet. The customer support team was very kind and understanding. They explained that this was normal and not to worry about it, and the response time was very quick. They even gave her some tips on how to wear the necklace to help with fewer false alarms. She is very happy with the MobileHelp System.

I can't really write a review because it turns out that it wasn't right for my mother or our family. She didn't feel comfortable with the system and we as a family didn't feel that the cell phone coverage was dependable in this area. I sent the unit back 4/23/19 by UPS and received notice that your company has received the unit. I am still waiting for the refund.

The people I've talked to have been very helpful. The only things I have a problem with I am supposed to have fall protection so far I have fallen two times and neither time did it detect the fall. Also the button you have to charge every day I keep forgetting to put it on. Also wearing both buttons is a little bulky.

I have both the in-home fall detector pendant and the mobile unit. I am very satisfied with the devices, except that the fall detector is extremely sensitive to movement. If you shorten the pendant cord as much as possible, then sleep with the pendant without fall detection, you'll be fine. The system is effective and easy to use. The information in the booklets for use of the system and testing is clear and easy to understand. Having previously used another company's system, I can tell you that this system is far superior and costs very little more.
