I have great peace of mind with MobileHelp. The people with whom I've spoken at MobileHelp have been professional and courteous. Their customer service is simply excellent. I highly recommend MobileHelp.

I love the idea of Mobile Help but dislike the bright red & blue lights which keep me awake at night. Also I don't care for the "fall" button. I would like to explore other Mobile Help products. A friend of mine has a different setup. Thank you. Betty Varjavandi

Set up was easy. I haven't had to push the button for help yet but if the monitoring is as efficient as the set up and customer service is, then I will remain a very pleased and satisfied customer.

Great representatives and range of equipment. Only disappointment is the fall detection device, which is quite prone to false alarms.

Excellent service all around! Sales Person was extremely knowledgable without being too assertive. The system was easy to set up and our family now has the piece of mind that our Mom is safe in her home.

The customer service folks at MobileHelp are friendly and so very helpful in answering all questions asked of them. They know their equipment and service well! Their medical alert systems are well-packaged and easy to set up and test. My mom hardly notices wearing the lightweight pendant with its recessed call-button. I feel confident that MobileHelp will respond quickly and efficiently to any medical emergency she might experience.

My Mom is 93 years young and lives with us, but if she should fall and can't get up to call me. I called MobileHelp and they are wonderful. We received the Medical Alert Button within 2 days. Mom wears it all the time. We all feel better knowing all she has to do is push it for help. I highly recommend it. Lucy Sawenko

First, it wasn't until I committed to the purchase that I was told that the yearly rate would go up considerably after the first year. Second, I did find it a bit more complicated for my 91 year old Dad to comprehend than I was given to believe. We purchased the extra Fall Detection which although a necessary aid, also made explaining how to use the mobile device and the home device more complicated. Now Dad needed to know about 3 different devices. He is terribly worried about an unnecessary call being made by mistake. I didn't even attempt to put up the distress button at this time. Just too many things for Dad to take in all at once. My father is also very deaf, so that complicates matters. We'll see how things go as time goes by.

Very easy set up, dependable service. Haven't needed it yet - thank goodness - but my mom is 91 and comfortable using the necklace and wrist unit. It's nice to have a choice of the 2 units!

I was in doubt about the need for this devise and found a great deal of confidence in your representatives assistance with this decision. I regrettably was unable to use the devise once it arrived due my decline in my health status. I found that the fall device, around my neck was, what I considered, much to sensitive. When I got it, I put it around my neck and kept working at my computer. It was set off twice within the first hour or so y just bumping it while typing. In retrospect, I guess I would rather reset it several times as opposed to having it not go off when I needed it to. The gentleman that helped when I called to return the unit was very helpful, and asked several very good questions to be sure returning it was the proper option. Thank him for that. The only down side was how long the return label took to get to me. I returned it as soon as I got it because I was concerned that it might have gone pat the trial period. The letter I got confirming it's returned indicted that this was not a concern. Rest assured that I will be a positive proponent of yours to my friends that are in any way in need of your service. I ordered MobileHelp for my mother who fell twice. The fall detection pendant gives me piece of mind knowing I will be notified right away if she falls again. Extremely easy to set up and use. Very happy customer!

I have had my alert for about a month now. I feel more secure in my home with it. I am home alone & I garden & am out side a lot. So I do not feel alone now that I have the alert & can call for help if I need it.

The staff I spoke with during the ordering process were the BEST! Everyone was kind, professional and helpful. We are pleased with the quality of the equipment and ease of set-up. Fortunately, Dad has not needed to use the unit to call for help, but MobileHelp has given us confidence and peace of mind. Thank you!
