“There is only one phone number for customer service and in my horrible experience I was put on hold with music for 1/2 an hour and had to give up. Considering the purpose of having MobileHelp,this is a serious serious condemnation.”

“I researched the top ten companies for two weeks. I called and compared every detail and I found that Mobile Help offers the most AND they're the most affordable! FDA certified so they have to be held to a higher standard. Equipment is easy to use and lifetime warranty. Sales, customer service and the dispatch on the two way speaker are thorough and easy to work with. I highly recommend Lee for the sales agent...he was so patient with all of my questions. It's an amazing piece of mind to have this for my Mom and we've been recommending Mobile Help to those around us that could use it too. Thanks!”

“We accidentally set the alert off and they contacted us right away. So far very good product. I got it for my elderly mother and she feels much safer with it. Great choice in product.”

“I only recently enrolled in the Mobile Help program. Hopefully, I will never need tp use it, but at age 95 who knows. I also decided to have the fall button. It gives me more confidance.”

“Very pleased with MH so far, its a huge comfort knowing I'm not totally alone anymore. I accidentally set my alert off once and they were checking on me before I even realized it, which really boosted my confidence, thank you Mobile Help!”

“I decided to use MobileHelp for my mom after our previous carrier had a "recall" of the equipment we had been using. I initially purchased the package that included the fall detector, but after 2 false alarms, when my mother was sleeping and/or sitting in a chair watching TV, I called and they were more than accommodating when I requested a new device that did not have the fall detection figure. Not only did they send one immediately, they refunded the difference in price very quickly. Everyone with whom I spoke could not have been nicer, more understanding, and helpful.”

“Mobile Help was excellent to work with, service price is very competitive, wireless connection, door lock box, and two pendants provided and "No Contract":. Easy to install and all the details for entry were conveyed to Emergency Personnel. Have used this twice since installing with no problems. Great People to work with to make it more comfortable to live alone in your own home. Thanks Mobil Help!”

“Very pleased with all those I spoke with. Had excellent help when I had problems handling false alarms (my fault). I don't remember as I use too, your customer just repeated until I did understand, Seniors don't get that very often. Thank you for treating me like I am a normal human.”

“I like my service and think I have it working properly. Although when I first got this in the mail I called the service line like I was told to do and the hold time got to be to long so left a return number. Never got a call back so that was disappointing. I still have questions about when I go out of town and if I need to notify anyone. My number is 760-715-9561”
