“The initial help we got from the representative was fantastic, He explained everything very well and the product came fairly quickly, We followed instructions for the set up and after being on hold for over 45 mins we hung up. We hope the system is working properly but who knows? Poor customer service phone line. Hope if my mother falls the help line is better. Feel free to give us a call cause we sure can’t get through!!”

“The last agent I spoke to was a big help in answering my questions. I learned that I could use and pay for only my pendant to use only at my home. I plan to send the other parts back but I still haven't received the postage paid label to send back those parts which I don't want.”

“Haven't had it long enough to see if it works for my needs. I have set off the fall putton off excellently a few times. The fall putton is very scenitive.”

“I think the neck pendent is a little to sensitive. The mobile I still am not sure how to use. Seems like I'm always doing the wrong thing and getting a call.”

“I have been with Company just a short time. Not what I was hoping for. More complicated then I was hoping for. Then it could be my age. But, then again should be easier due to age. Have to carry device when out . Forgot it once. Pendant cord slips all the time and I have to adjust it all the time. I don't think I can be doing anything wrong when adjusting.”

“ordered it on 8/5 would not work here on AT&T coverage I called them the same day I received it requested a return authorization sent it back still waiting on a refund. I was called and told they received it and I would receive a full refund. Still waiting for the refund. It is 9/3 and have not received my money back. WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS COMPANY IF THIS IS WHAT THERE SERVICE IS LIKE. MIKE CURLEY”

“MobileHelp seems to be a good service. My watch arrived quickly and in good shape. It is fairly easy to use. On some of the buttons I have to press several times before they work. Other than that, it is fine.”

“I got mobile help for my mother because she has been falling down and hurting herself lately. She has not had the opportunity to use it (which is a good thing) but the people of mobile help were very helpful in helping me to choose the right device for my mother and answered all of my questions. Thank you mobile help .... this device gives me piece of mind that my mother will always have the help she needs when she needs it.”

“I transferred to Mobile Help recently due to a failure from another company. I had a medical emergency and press my button but received no response. Mobile has responded to 2 calls. Both times they were accidents but their response was immediate. This has impressed me greatly.”

“I have had a bit of difficulty understanding how it all works, especially the mobile unit. Someone called me one time and I could not talk right then. They never called back, so other than when I ordered the unit I have not spoken to anyone.”
