“I’ve had my MobileHelp for 3 weeks with only one issue. My last weekly test failed. It told me to call customer service, but didn’t show the phone #. That needs to be changed because I would have to go look for that #. Maybe send a magnet for the fridge or a label. All I did was repeat the test and everything was okay without calling customer services and I still have not looked up the phone #. Otherwise, I have not gotten sick or fallen so I really cannot rate this main function of MobileHelp at this time.”

“Contact was professional and easy. Everything was explained without any fanfare. Price options were easily laid out. When the products arrived, they were very easy to assemble and set up. When my wife actually fell, the response was immediate and professional. I would definitely recommend this company. Kevin D”

“I give it a 5.I think it is a hard for the people to hear my mom when she in going from her bedroom to the living room we set it up in the middle of but still a little hard for the people to hear.Mom said it is pretty sensitive has went off a couple of times but she feels safe .”

“I ordered the product for my wife. Unfortunately because of a change in her condition we no longer needed the unit. I called customer service and was given instructions on how to return the unit. Then she informs me that I had less than 30 days and they would send return shipping. I received a full refund. Thanks”

“My impressions have been quite good. My security system went up another$100 this year so thought I would explore the next one based on ratings. The result is I found MobileHelp. I do think there are more women doing some thinking in this system. I like the pouch for the mobile phone that I carry when I travel. I also like that you are $200 fewer dollars than Medical Guardian. So far help has been immediate and helpful, pleasant..”

“I recently assisted with the purchase and setup of MobileHelp. The purchase went wonderfully. Nice guy helped us and did everything right. Cue to three days after the system came in and we had to get her ready for travel. The girl who helped us then was so rude it wasn't funny. Asked for her manager to call me, but needless to say, never got a call. I shudder to think what it would have been like had I not been there to help her get ready. There needs to be an option to set up travel plans online, rather than call. Banks do it, so it would be very simple for MobileHelp to do it as well. Then maybe you wouldn't get someone with an attitude who should actually be KIND dealing with our elderly. Please don't be the company that is only nice while you are making a purchase.”
