“The set up was easy and the directions excellent. On the first day after setting up the system my MobileHelp got tested I received a call from MobileHelp that I didn't see until later, so my first contact was called and told that my Fall Dectect Button had been pushed but that the GPS said I was traveling at 60 miles per hour. I let everyone know that I was fine. Then discovered that my seat belt had pressed on the Button! I am happy to know the system works so well but I gave shortened the lanyard!”

“Mobile Help makes me feel that help is available in a timely way. I often feel unsteady on my feet but my walker helps and your system answered a false alarm while driving to Detroit, Michigan 3/21/2017 my seat belt meshed the button around my neck service were activated according to my relatives. Thank You.”

The online chat was easy and no pressure, and helped me choose MobileHelp at a time when I was fact-finding and comparing. “My first contact with MobileHelp was a lovely knowledgable woman. The device was sent as promised and was actually instrumental in my Dad's safety, as the alert sounded one day when he was alone and the first contact was able to be at his side within fifteen minutes. When I needed to send it back, my contact to consult with on how to package and send the device was also very kind, knowledgable and clear. My experience with everyone at Mobile Help and the device itself was perfect. Thank you!”
