“My first contact with MobileHelp was a lovely knowledgable woman. The device was sent as promised and was actually instrumental in my Dad's safety, as the alert sounded one day when he was alone and the first contact was able to be at his side within fifteen minutes. When I needed to send it back, my contact to consult with on how to package and send the device was also very kind, knowledgable and clear. My experience with everyone at Mobile Help and the device itself was perfect. Thank you!”

“I have developed a genetic condition were I can not feel pain. Yes! There is such a condition. I even found a nurse who has this missing piece of DNA who has an identical twin who dose not. Anyway it took me ten days to find out I had a broken bone in the back of my hand. Hence, is essential that I get immediate help if I am injured. MobileHelp gives me the piece of mind that I can call for help wherever I am if I should need it”

“I now feel secure in my home. Having reached the age of 72 and not quite as stable on my feet, I know that help will be sent immediately if I am not able to respond. I added the "fall alert" to my program and it works well. I also have the mobile unit that can be worn on a belt should I leave the house to go shopping or the doctors. I can not praise the system enough”

“From first phone call to equipment set-up and testing, everyone we dealt with was courteous, patient, and easy to understand. We were concerned because user is hard-of-hearing; they even put a note on the account, requesting loud-speaking when communicating with us. I feel very reassured, knowing my mother is in good hands!”

“I called to test my system and it seemed to take a little longer to get a response that I expected. I realize it was not very long but it seemed long. When I did get to speak to someone, they were polite and helpful. Thank you.”

“The alert button that I wear all the time is waterproof and not just water resistant. The main unit is bright and easy to locate in a dark room. Also, I have GPA in a very small case in my pocket when I leave home. It doesn't get any better !”

“It makes me comfortable wearing the wrist guard. I haven't gotten accustomed to the necklace because I wear my own jewelry. If I could be sure it would be OK to keep inside my shirt, that could work and I'd hang it on a more acceptable chain of some sort rather than the heavy black cord. I do feel I made the right decision to get Mobile Help. Rachelle”

“It adds a level of security for someone who lives alone. However, we did not perform all of the tests on the new unit that are listed on the contract, so I am left wondering about the coverage radius, etc.”

“MobileHelp always makes me happy! I love knowing they are always close at hand and I know that because sometimes my mother's pendant sets off some action even when she has not fallen. It's important and comforting to know there's someone connected to that machine willing and able to respond when needed!!”
