I haven't needed any assistance from Mobile Help thus far, however, I find the organization to be aware and "on their toes" when I haven't completed a necessary form.

I have had problems with the fall pendant. I have stopped wearing it. It will go off when I am sitting still. I sleep sitting up and it will activate on the middle of the night. It seems to be more trouble right now than it is worth. Thank you.

I have only had the service about a month and fortunately not had to use it for an emergency, but every person I have talked to has been helpful and courteous. I have done two test calls and they were completed on an acceptable timely basis, though I think it could be quicker and a bit less clunky...just a tad bit too long to answer and confirm. The thing that originially sold me on the service was the fact that you had wrist bands, but was not aware I needed to carry the portable pendant thingy also until I received the package and set it up. Seems kind of redundant as the whole purpose was not to have anything around my neck (I hate necklaces) and I do wear an oxygen cannula 24/7. I also don't want a pocket full of stuff to carry around. So I guess this would make me happy and disappointed in a way honestly.

What a pleasure it was to speak with Samantha and Mattie. They explained everything about the device, the equipment in a very concise manner along with all billing information and what to expect from customer service. My experience was painless and rewarding in that I felt very confident in the product. Thank you.

We've had the device for about a month and so far so good. It's nice to know we have something in place in case my mom (93 yr old) were to have some difficulty in case I am not here.

Answered the phone very promptly, didn't have to go through a bunch of teleprompts. Also very nice and knowledgeable customer service and resolved my question very quickly.

All went well at and after purchase. Test use was just as stated ---- easily performed. Question concerning flashing lights on mobile base handled well.

I joined Mobile Help in 2013. I had never needed help until August 2, 2017. I was completing my grocery buying and putting it in my car when I had a heart problem that put me on the ground. The Emergency vehicle was at the Hospital across the street. They answered my pushing the necklace and help was there in minutes. They called my family and told them what happened and I was headed for the hospital Emergency. The family had all the information of my condition before I was transported. I am very pleased with their fast help.

Number one, the audio is not very loud. Once an operator comes on the line they cannot be heard even in the next room. The other night I accidently set off the alarm. I had to get out of bed and go to the next room to tell them I did not need help. Thank goodness I did not need help. The other thing, the button is too sensitive. One wrong movement and it calls for help. If I just bend down to pick up something I have to hold the pendant in one hand over my head.
