“MobileHelp is affordable and all helpful equipment was promptly received. Now I know if any accident should occur my mother can easily call for help. Company has been excellent to work with and thought of additional things in aiding my mother that I hadn't previously thought of. The peace of mind that comes with MobileHelp is so great.”

“This company is neither the cheapest nor most expensive. They are very responsive and give not only fall detection but also they are to locate you by GPS . So far the service has been excellent.”

“My experience with MobilHelp has been great. My husband accidentally set the alarm off and the response was immediate. The device you wear around your neck is lightweight and very unintrusive. My husband has gone into a Memory Center and no longer needs the device. MobileHelp was easy to work with refunding my unused payment and returning the equipment to them.”

“I received my Mobile Help materials about a month ago and am not very tech-savvy, so I called the company. The woman I spoke with was very patient and polite and she led me through all of the different components and checked them all so I would know they are working properly. Thankfully, I have not had to use the system yet, but to date, I am very happy with my choice.”

“. Unfortunately I don’t recall the individual’s name that assisted me. She was was wonderful. I purchased the medical alert for my mother who resides in another state and she answered my questions and even provided information that I had not considered.”

“Am recent widow and prone to falls due to delayed hip replacement surgery .. as couldn’t leave husband during his illness!! The system gives me great security and have had several false calls due to my bumping it on things. Staff and response time excellent!! Highly recommend!!”

“Am very pleased with my MobilHelp Alert wristband and pendant because I know that if I fall while taking a shower or elsewhere help will soon be on the way to help me get up and provide an ambulance to transport me to the nearest hospital if needed.”

“Great Medical alert. I feel safe wearing it. The customer service is also very helpful. I added the Fall Detection to mine. It is a little sensitive but that is good in case you need it.”
