“Agents answer questions and help and you can test and make sure everything is working once a month. The watch is lightweight and in an emergency, just press button on top of watch.”

“So far I’ve been very happy with mobile help, they called the other day to tell me my brothers fall alert has gone off and they tried to call him but didn’t get an answer, they immediately called EMT. Thankfully he had only dropped it and his phone would not answer when they tried to call him. It was a false alarm but they responded perfectly.”

“I am up and down stairs and step ladders all the time and MobileHelp gives me the confidence to know that if I fall all I have to do is push a button. I am in good health but I do know accidents happen especially with the things we do all the time. Sure does give me peace of mind!”

“I am very impressed with MobileHelp. I feel more confident knowing that they respond so quickly if called, in the event I need help. They also were very helpful when my necklace unit fell off my neck while I was out walking one day and I had no idea where it was. realizing that they use GPS tracking I called and told them I had lost the unit. Within minutes they had tracked down the necklace, lying on the street where I had been walking, and described the exact location, on the side of the road, amongst the leave, and below a car dealership. I would have never found it on my own even if I retraced my steps. I was extremely impressed and thankful for their efficiency”

“So far--all is great. Billy has fallen three times and his alarm called the alert station. Time frame of response was very good each time. We usually do a test on Sunday afternoon. Test has responded as well.”

“Best protection ever, I live alone and feel safe with this mobile. It is like a 2 way radio, no matter where I am, at home, shopping ,driving my car, they will respond to my alert, no need to depend on a second device.”
