“I received my package in a timely manner. When I called in to exchange the alert device I had for another smaller one they were very helpful and shipped the new one out the same day and included a return label to return the first device.”

“I am so glad I chose mobilehelp for my mom. I had also interviewed a competitor. Although their device is smaller, I did not like the fact that we would have to sign a 3-year contract and must pay in full for a year. They were also so pushy and called at least 5 times to see if I was going to choose them. I finally had to call and leave a message telling them to stop calling me. Your company from the get-go impressed me. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 gentlemen that I dealt with. They were so nice knowledgeable and not pushy. The best part was when we called from my mom's house to test the device. The gentleman had me raise the device above my head and drop it to test it. I felt so good knowing that my mom was in good hands with mobilehelp. A patient of mine also uses you and I am so... glad that I chose you”

“I spoke with Lisa (I believe that was her name. My apologies for not remembering). She was an exceptional representative. I had many questions which resulted in many phone calls and she was always available and accommodating. Very knowledgeable in the company's products and use. Their website was informative and the ordering and checkout process was easy to navigate. I ordered a product and it arrived as promised within two days. Set up was simple and all testing was good. Unfortunately, I had ordered the product for my elderly mother n law who lived alone and shortly thereafter she passed away. I contacted MobileHelp who was very sympathetic and wasted no time issuing me a pre-paid return shipping label for the items and issued an extremely quick full refund. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and will not hesitate to recommend them and their services.”

“MobileHelp is exactly what we need for our mom who is 87 years old. We work outside our home for most of the day and we worry that she could fall because she has, even when we were inside the house. If she needs assistance at anytime, we can be reached with a press of a button. MobileHelp is all we need.”

“Thankfully I have not used it. However I am still getting used to logistics. I leaned against the kitchen counter and it went off. Would like to change the neck cord because it irritates my skin but still don't know how to. Just getting used to it and feeling safer since I live alone. Thank you.”

“The Caption Call was originally placed in our home for my husband but was a help to me as I wear hearing aids and am hard of hearing, also I handled many of the calls for him. My husband passed away recently and I spoke to my audiologist about getting Caption Call for myself which she agreed I needed. When Caption Call contacted me, I explained I already had the phone and they told me they would come check to see if I had the most recent model and take care of some technicalities. Braeden was so kind and helpful-you couldn't have a more positive representative of your excellent company.”
