I like the fact that if I push the button by accident I just have to push the button for 3 seconds to cancel the call. It is light weight, the price is more reasonable than the one I had before. So far, I have been very happy with it!

We had tried for many months after mom fell to get her on board with MobileHelp. Someone had told us they had used it for their mom. Mom finally agreed and it has been such a comfort and relief. It allows her to continue to live alone and be able to do things around the house. We got the one that goes wherever she does and has 24 hour service connectivity. We would recommend MobileHelp to anyone. Customer service and tech support are friendly and helpful anytime we need them.

I ordered Mobile Help for an elderly neighbor who is housebound. Less than a week after it was installed, I received a call from Mobile Help saying my friend had pushed the button but was not responding. I ran to her place and sure enough she was on the floor, unable to get up. Within minutes the ambulance was their to administer aid. I have much more peace of mind after seeing exactly how Mobile Help works.

I was pleased with MobileHelp's response and direct answers to my questions when I was checking out medical alerts. Unlike the service recommended by my medical insurance company, the contact was helpful in giving me all the info I needed, the system arrived as promised, and the set-up was easy. It has worked fine, tho I'm not keen on the bright light when recharging. I just re-direct it to another section of the bedroom to keep a dark room.

I have had MobileHelp for less than 3 months. I had a problem with the original Micro; however, customer service was most helpful in having it replaced immediately. I was impressed with their service. Fortunately, I have not had any emergency in this short time, so I can not comment on the Mobile Help response. At this moment, I rate this company a 5.

MobileHelp is easy to work with. They are proactive in getting new accounts set up and initialized very quickly. We've had several 'inadvertent alarms' and every time there is a very fast response from MobileHelp personnel to confirm help is needed or to identify it as inadvertent to reset the system. I've used a few other competitor companies in the past and MobileHelp is the best by far. Some say it costs too much, but I disagree. The quality and responsiveness of their services are well worth the price.

Mobile Help is very easy to use and wear. It is good in giving assistance if needed or easy to cancel if services not needed if accidentally pressed.

I received my package in a timely manner. When I called in to exchange the alert device I had for another smaller one they were very helpful and shipped the new one out the same day and included a return label to return the first device.

I am so glad I chose mobilehelp for my mom. I had also interviewed a competitor. Although their device is smaller, I did not like the fact that we would have to sign a 3-year contract and must pay in full for a year. They were also so pushy and called at least 5 times to see if I was going to choose them. I finally had to call and leave a message telling them to stop calling me. Your company from the get-go impressed me. I wish I could remember the names of the 2 gentlemen that I dealt with. They were so nice knowledgeable and not pushy. The best part was when we called from my mom's house to test the device. The gentleman had me raise the device above my head and drop it to test it. I felt so good knowing that my mom was in good hands with mobilehelp. A patient of mine also uses you and I am so... glad that I chose you
