“I don't want to have to use this service. But I glad that i have have it as i live alone. Likewise i live near a freeway and we have had people breaking into cars. Likewise, system is good for me also if I were threatened with a break in.”

“The way things were explained is that the medical button is like a cell phone that needs to be charged and that when I push any of my devices I will hear my call for help on the medical button??? I have a fall button and a round disc and a watch too many things to wear Very confusing on how to set up Theresa St. Sauver”

“I have found MobileHelp to be very alert twice I accidentally set off my button and they called right away. Of course I was fine it was just an accident. Also customer service has been very helpful with details I couldn't figure out with my lock box.”
