“With help from very kind, helpful technicians I was able to get the system set up without a lot of angst. During the first week I inadvertently set off the fall button. I was terrified but in just a few seconds I was assured it was understood that it was a mistake. The quick response was amazing. Mobile Help THANK YOU.”

“The guy that answered the phone when I called for info gave me the answers I wanted to hear. I ordered and he told me exactly the next steps to getting my unit up and running. It happened just like he promised. Can’t ask for more than that.”

“Because I am so physically active and have already triggered a response. I wear the necklace during the day and bracelet while in bed . This seems to work better for me. Imust say the response was fast. rescuers were in the house before I knew it.”

“Last Saturday morning I was bathing in my walk-in tub with the jets going. Even though I had my phones in the bathroom I couldn't hear them due to the noise of the therapeutic jets. Somehow I pressed my fall-detection device and the emergency ambulance came looking desperately for an elderly woman who had evidentally fallen. Thank goodness my neighbor had a house key and determined that I was OK. The fall detector is a very important item to include with one's medical alert system. Thanks to MobileHelp for the telephone alert to my neighbor and the local emergency system.”

“My husband fell. Mobile Help called EMS and notified me at work. Had we not had mobile alert my husband would have laid in the floor with brain trauma for 6 hours until I got home from work. The doctors said my husband would not have survived if he had laid that long. Thank you Mobile Help for being a crucial part of saving my husband’s life.”
