“The customer services is great Upon receiving I actually returned the unit My mother was going thru a few changes so it wasn't the best time to introduce the unit I will try at a later date The people that I spend he to were great”

“From the moment I called all the way to my received device I received excellent customer service. The representative was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful All my questions were answer. When I was finished with my transaction I was very confident I had made the right decision.”

“After extensive research and making a spreadsheet with all the features & benefits of the top five life alert systems, I called MobileHelp with additional questions. My sales rep, Chris, patiently answered and explained the plan in detail. We are very thankful for this mobile alert system and within the first month my dad called for assistance. EMS was promptly dispatched and I was called. I also appreciate that he receives reminder calls when the unit needs to be charged. Customer Service has been consistently gracious when I've called with any questions or concerns. Thank you for peace of mind!”

“You've been very responsive when I've tested. My fall button has gone off several times when I haven't fallen. Of course you called. But the dang thing seem overly sensitive. Another issue is the loudness of the monitor. That's a big plus at home, but if I'm out in public, I'm not so sure I'd be comfortable letting everyone around me know it's gone off. Maybe there is no answer. Better to hear you than not!”

“We got this system for our 88 year old Mother that has begun to have falls in her home. We feel so much better about her being home alone. She had a minor fall since installing the system and they answered her right away to make sure she was okay and if she needed help, which she did not. This system gives all of us peace of mind!”
