“I have started using the fall pendant & the DUO system as I am recovering from surgery. It has allowed me to feel more secure & my wife knows I am in good hands. She can feel comfortable when she leaves the home to go off to work. Thank you, James R.”

“The customer service is excellent. The equipment was very easy to set up and check. The cost was reasonable compared to other companies. The equipment arrived within a week. I am happy with the service and equipment. I am more comfortable going out alone with my new equipment. I highly recommend MobileHelp.”

“I would wholeheartedly recommend Mobile Help to anyone. Yes I was skeptical but only 2 days after receiving my device I accidently knocked the pendant off the nightstand. Instantly they were talking on the base unit to see if I had fallen. I feel quite protected with Mobile Help, even though I am aged and alone. A month later I lost my balance and put out my arm to keep from falling into the door jam. I didn't realize that I had hit the bracelet on the door jam but Instantly they were checking on me. You can depend on them to be there for you and to always be courteous.”

“First it was easy to implement as my mom is 99 years young and very active. This was a necessary item for her lifestyle as she lives alone and it gives us an added sense of security for her. The one feature I really like is the lockbox.”

“Have yet to use the product but everything to date indicates y'all have a class product. however I can certify that you have a 1st class sale person in Claire. I spent 40 years evaluating sales personnel and sales styles and she has all the right moves and coupled with a sincere concern for the customer's feeling and needs was all I needed to make my decision. .”

“I have no idea how the button was activated since it was midnight and I was sound asleep nor did I hear the phone. The firemen were here immediately and I apologized to them. The response was immediate although unnecessary for which I am sorry.”
