“I live alone and have had some fall experiences in the past.I switched to cell MobileHelp with fall protection. I love the safe feeling I have when I am away from home knowing if I need it, help is just a pushbutton away. I have had some false alarms with the fall protection but MobileHelp operators are always kind, understanding and polite if the call goes through before I am able to cancel it by pressing and holding the button. So far in my experience I feel secure with this excellent service,”

“Quite by mistake I hit the fall button and of course it went off immediately. a very nice female voice asked me if I was ok., in less that 15 seconds. I apologized profusely and she indicated that it was unnecessary as accidents can happen, Well Done!”

“So far, so good. I responded to an AARP advertisement for the product. This is a medical grade device, and if you need the entire package complete with auto falling detector and roaming gps, it is not cheap. I live alone, and knew the time had come to go for it, so I did.”

“Sorry but I have had many things going on with my family, serious. Haven't been able to set up. Spoke with your company and returning for refund. Possibly consider later date. The contents looked great and useful. Have had since mid January. Otherwise if I had the time to put together I would recommend to others.”

“Although I have not had need so far to use service am very impressed with customer service...shortly after installation I had to be hospitalized and am currently in skilled nursing facility...it is a comfort knowing that when I soon return home Mobile Help will be with me”

“I ordered this for my mom. They did a great job of explaining the product, what's included, options, fees, cancellation policy, set up, etc. Very easy to set up and test. Competitively priced. returned it 2 weeks later when my mom went to assisted living. They provided directions to return it and credited us. Very positive experience!”

“#1 it is so easy to use! I found that out 3 days after i got it and was getting ready to leave home for a while and had to clean off the snow and ice from the car windows. Got round to passenger window, scrapped it off, stepped off the snow onto the ice and my feet went everywhere then down on my bottom HARD. I could hear the responder talking in my purse inside the car and was trying to get up, stay on my feet, get around the car and inside to answer. By that time they were telling me they were calling response team who was instantly ringing and I was able to tell her, yes I had fallen but was up in the car and was OK. I did not need any help. But - I was alone, everyone was gone to work and no one could see me where I was on the ground so if I had been hurt, I could have been there a long time without help. It was 18* outside that morning. So - I am so thankful I listened to my very caring young neighbor who helps me out and does check on me once in a while if he hasn't heard from me in a while. Now I think he will ck more often as he is the first you would call because he is so close. Am I glad I got it - ABSOLUTELY and it puts' both my daughters who live out of state at ease as well. Thank you for your rapid service!”

“I have only just received it and haven't had to use it yet so I can only respond to the excellent help I received when I was inquiring and ordering and the prompt receiving of the eqipment. Having a person with a phone number to call is a Great help!”

“Within two weeks of receiving our devices, I passed out and need medical transport as well medical treatment prior to leaving for our hospital. Now we both have the fall detectors around our necks and very happy for your teams interaction with my wife during this emergency. Thank you, Larry”
