“I did my homework before purchasing the MobileHelp medical alert system. I think it’s top notch. The customer service reps were very helpful to me while I was checking into it, and I talked to several. We haven’t had a crisis yet, but did have a false alarm once. They were Johnny on the Spot. It’s easy to set up, priced fairly, and I believe it will do everything it’s supposed to do.”

“When I was looking on line at various Medical Alert Systems, I was not, in all honesty, knowledgeable of any of the companies out there. My sister-in-law in Seattle who is 85 years young, very active, but who recently had a fall, recommended your company. She had done all the "foot work" and knew the differences from company to company, and chose Mobile Help after her extensive research. That was good enough for me, and saved me from doing all the research myself. She had nothing but good to say about her service, the representative who took her order, and the overall care and peace of mind that Mobile Help has given her. I was just as impressed with my representative. He was able to answer any and all of my questions, and suggested the best plan to meet my safety needs. He was NOT pushy about trying to insist I take a yearly plan, understanding financially my senior husband and I are on a limited income. He gave me the option of a 3 month plan that I can renew every three months that meets my budget needs, for which I was so grateful. I love everything about my plan, and would recommend the company to any and all of my friends and acquaintances. As a retired nurse myself, I understand the importance of people needing to not only FEEL safe, but to BE safe when they are alone! Thank you so much for giving me a system that meets my needs, a financial plan for the system that is not a burden financially for me, and most importantly, for the peace of mind having Mobile Help gives both to me and my husband for the times he is away from home and I am alone.”

“This has been such a comfort knowing that there is immediate help for my Mom. She had fallen twice prior to getting MobileHelp. She has accidentally hit the button twice and they immediately call her to see if she needs help. They are very kind and don’t get upset when it’s a false alarm. Highly recommend this company”

“I'm sorry, but I really don't have anything to write, because Thank Heavens I haven't needed to use it. But I love the wristbands! The only problem I have is my landlord hasn't given me the okay for a new front doorknob. I'm still waiting for an okay!”

“Hopefully I will not need to use this service anytime soon (considering its nature). However, the setup and implementation of the Mobile Help System at my home has gone smoothly. As of this point, I am totally satisfied with Mobile Help and consider being a member of your service a good investment indeed. Thank you all for being there for me.”
